    in brief:
    **Fred Silva's English Journey:**
    - Fred Silva, from Brazil, is an entrepreneur in the digital marketing field.
    - He's passionate about English and has been learning since 2018.
    - Fred isn't an English teacher but encourages others to speak English. He has a TH-cam channel and a podcast where he helps people gain confidence in speaking English.
    - He started learning English to get clients outside of Brazil but fell in love with the language.
    - Fred believes in challenging himself and has interviewed various English teachers online.
**Importance of Stepping Out of the Comfort Zone:**
    - Fred compares staying in the comfort zone to swimming in a calm pool, while challenging oneself is like swimming in the ocean with its inherent dangers and depths.
    - He believes that nothing grows in the comfort zone and that challenging oneself leads to growth.
    **Mindset and Confidence:**
    - Fred emphasizes the importance of believing in oneself and not caring about others' opinions.
    - He believes that one should surround themselves with positive people who will help rather than judge.
    - Fred mentions that he became more generous after becoming a content creator, as he realized that giving leads to receiving.
    **Pronunciation and Fluency:**
    - Fred worked on his pronunciation to improve clarity in his speech.
    - He believes that pronunciation is a habit that needs to be built and that being aware of sounds helps in improving them.
    - He practices pronunciation by watching videos and repeating challenging words until they become natural.
    **Advice for English Learners:**
    - Fred advises learners to challenge themselves and step out of their comfort zone.
    - He believes that surrounding oneself with positive people, like Hadar, can help in improving English.
    - Fred's TH-cam channel is called "Silvercast," where he shares his English learning journey.
The video ends with Hadar thanking Fred for the interview and encouraging viewers to check out Fred's channel.

Hi Haddar! I'm in a very similar situation as Fred: I'm mexican, English is my second language and necertheless I'm working as a customer care agent for an American company! Also, I'm going to study abroad in 2025, communication and culture master by the way, and for that I'm also learning French, on which I'm doing great as well. While attending and solving native's issues everyday and studying in English, you've been one of my most valuable resources, if not the greatest, and I truly wanna get in touch with you since I listen to you every single morning. Also, I'm starting a TH-cam channel about meditation, conscience and philosophy and I wanna translate all my contents to English and French, so I know we xan feedback each other and have an interview! I'm gonna enroll in your courses and activities, but pretty please, accept to have an interview with 0:06 me, you're awesome! Yours, Juan Mendoza

      Your point?

    • @Sormanification
      @Sormanification ปีที่แล้ว +2

@@hadar.shemesh don't have one, just shooting facts. I think it's gonna be difficult in the long run to eliminate basic mistakes when he's already quite fluent. That's double work to relearn what you might've overlooked at an early stage of learning a language. Maybe it's just about different priorities. And If I were him, personally, I would have appreciated it if this was pointed out to me as early as possible. That's it.
Another thing and it's just my opinion. As a content consumer, this was a bit difficult to listen to. I was hoping to learn something new. I did, however, enjoy listening to you. It's up to you to make anything out of this comment.
