Calling it now, the King's sister Liang is Professor Ling in Starlet Town! She has given so many hints at being a mermaid previously living in the ocean.
I just bought the game and been playing for a week and I'm so happy with this update! Can't wait to adopt a pet Cat and maybe have them help "herd" animals in the farm or catch bugs in the wild. I hope there's a Siamese Cat too! 🥺✨

4:33 Its funny how the deep ocean is called sepulu dua pulu empat pulu and lima pulu, its mean 10 20 40 50 (but its puluh not pulu) in Indonesian. Just missing the tiga pulu(h) 30 loll

I think the missing tiga puluh is probably the merfolk kingdom itself, which is at 30 meters depth
I bought this game a year ago and I'm so overwhelmed by all the updates since then that I'm nervous about going back in! This update is so exciting and I really want to play the game again once its out
I am so excited for this update. The merfolk and the pet dragon were the main reasons why I backed this game. I hope the quality and success of coral island gives the devs for franchises like SoS and HM ideas for features in their upcoming games. Especially the QoL stuff. I would've killed for a shed in Olive Town.

I stopped playing the beta a week ago and decided to go back to my main save and stock up on resources and make enough money to be able to get all the new stuff. Also, to upgrade my scythe to osmium because it WILL definitely be needed. Thanks for this video Sarah!! Lot's to look forward to

I'm so glad you still Cover the Game. I haven't really played it after early beta but i'm really looking forward to playing it again once it releases for the Switch. I'm just not Into playing on PC anymore.

This game just keeps getting better and more beautiful - if that is even possible!!!! I can't believe you could break it down in 15 minutes. There is SOOO much. Between the Merfolk and new animals I will be stuck with my mouth open for awhile. Not to mention the Fall fits and Spooky Festival. I LOVE this game!!!!! Thanks for you excellent work to help this community capture the magic of CI

I really like this game and can't wait for it to be fully completed. There's a lot of lagging and mine crashes at the end of the day, without saving, so I have to restart certain days.

2 questions: is there an estimated date for 1.0 already?? And I've been anxiously waiting because I wanted to have the full experience, so if I start playing on beta will my progress be erased on 1.0 anyway?

@micaelamarques3681 you can play early access or beta. I'm playing early access and believe that means your data is saved for the main game. Had to make a new save when I tried beta. So just don't opt in for the beta server and think you'll be fine

Just a fun fact, the area names in the ocean mean: "Se Pulu: Ten, Dua Pulu; Twenty, Empat Pulu: 40, Lima Pulu: 50." Kinda weird naming, i miss Tiga Pulu = 30.
