I've been playing in early access already for about a year and it was fun then, too. It's much better now than it was a year ago, but I also have to say that the devs are very supportive and keep in contact with the players.

It's mostly habit from Stardew lol. But it can save you a tiny bit of time if you are barely going to make it to bed and I like to really stretch my days out.

Im on my first week of summer, and ive done pretty much all there is to do up to now, and my hot spring only refreshes by 2 per tick. How come you regenerate 4? How many offerings have you completed when you started getting 4 stamina?
Hiya! I don't have my save in front of me but I believe I finished the coop, spring, and resource offerings. Not sure if I had any others. I did donate lots of fish and bugs too though, just didn't complete a whole set there.
Wait you can use a scythe to harvest crops in this game??? I'm already 3/4 of my first year and I just realized this. Out of all the QoL mods that Stardew Valley has that Coral Island has in unmodded, I never even checked if the scythe can be used to harvest 😂. Nice vid though
