My favourite Neil Warnock story, forgive me if you've heard this one before, is one I heard Alan Lee relate: Crystal Palace players were all sat in the changing room waiting for the teamsheet, pre an FA cup tie with Wolves. Neil walks in and announces that Sharon had a dream the previous night that right-back Danny Butterfield was going to score a hat-trick therefore Danny would be playing up front. I think we all know what happened next: Butterfield scores the perfect hat-trick in under seven minutes. The moral: Never argue with Sharon Warnock, she knows all😆

With the current finances with most teams in the Championship most of them want players with sell on potential. Most of these players will struggle to get new clubs unless they are realistic with their demands.
