@KoradiyaAbhay depends on the usage. For long working usage P2425h is better. P stands for professional and it has advanced eye comfort features. Less eye strain. S2425h is more for general user for entertainment and light work

It's VESA compatible 100x100 mm, but doesn't come with a vesa mount inside the box.
