That final sketch is doing a proper channeling of 'Spitting Image' where the Royal Family are all chipping in with suggestions for the name of Charles and Diana's first born. Charles is adamant that his name should be Charles. Andy is just naming male genitalia related names like Dick, Roger and John Thomas. Princess Margaret is there reeling off the names of alcoholic drinks. Then Diana walks in and states "I'm calling him William.. Because all my friends are called William.." Total class. And the Sketch Show does it justice.

Malignant like in 'malignant tumour'. Benign, again - 'benign tumour'. He called him Mr. Mal Ignant telling him his tumour is benign, while really his name is Ben Ign and the tumour is, oh well. Best I could come up with at the moment
