If the gears are jammed, the pilots would probably try lowering them with gravity before declaring an emergency.

Instead of idling every once in a while to glide in, the pilots should have cut the fuel to both engines like a minute from touchdown and closed the fuel systems so the fuel doesn't explode - as well as carefully put the engines on the ground so the wings don't touch, possibly igniting the fuel in the wings and the center of the body.

6:15 the main concern would be an engine strike since the engines are so low to the ground, so you would probably want to keep the nose up for a long time until the engines are as slow as possible and no fuel is running to them so that there isn't an explosion, then gently lower the nose and skid to a halt without using brakes, only flaps and spoilers.

@@UnionPacific3977 so first, he didn’t use flaps when taking off, the F/A-18 was also super close to the aircraft, which can make turbulence, plus when landing, the engines could’ve exploded when they got to the ground, after landing, the engines could’ve exploded and they were close to the aircraft instead of evacuating.

5:31 "get to the nearest airport," no, never do that. Always go to the nearest SUITABLE runway, for example AF1 cannot land at Air Base Garry or Lukla or even Saint B because of runway length, but GR or Perth would be fine.
