    I listened last night but feel asleep before I could write a comment. You are a bright, beautiful, articulate & uncomplicated speaker. I’m glad you advocated for yourself to get the test or treatments you require. Pray you grow stronger each day and I have a strong feeling you are!❤

    . I understand connective tissue disease, can be related to Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I have facet syndrome which is related to Connective tissue disease. I have treatments that are callled prolotherapy or an PRP which strengthens my joints. I do need follow-up from time to time.

      Also please look into L.DN. Low dose naltrexone. LDN foundation has a good website.

    Thank you! I’m surprised that the Pap guidelines now say one can wait even three years between Pap tests. Pap tests are simple to have done. Why should any woman not have them every year?
    It’s great you have a daughter! Wishing all of you everything good.

    If you don’t mind what type of connective tissue do you have? I also have a connective tissue disorder, known as Marfan syndrome. I know there at least 5 types.
    Thanks for your story, I’m sure many will benefit and appreciate. Wishing you all the best too.💕💕

    HPV and all the other venereal diseases running rampant in society are just one of the important reasons parents and schools should encourage abstinence.

      Yes, the pap is scratching skin cells off your cervix. The bleeding should stop quickly.

    You were on birth control since age12, hmm,

      Many people who use birth control pills end up with different forms of cancer. One wonders why? What do those pills contain?

      My daughter has been on the since 12 because of heavy painful periods not because she was having sex.

      I'm sorry I didn't mean to insult anyone, I just find it hard to believe they're no other way besides taking birth control pills

      @patricktitters if there is the doctor's, I haven't shared it with us yet as far as I know the only other option is a hysterectomy.

      They could have done that to control heavy bleeding during her period, not because she was sexually active. Don't judge before you know the circumstances.
      And even if it was to stop pregnancy that is always better than to end up as a teenage mother.

    • @lizg1976
      @lizg1976 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      That is often done to control heavy periods. Do you have an issue with that?

    I’m confused about why she has been on birth control of her tubes were tied

    • @gdaymates431
      @gdaymates431 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Having your tubes tied only stops the sperm from travelling through the tubes to your uterus. It doesn't stop periods or the symptoms that come with having a period. Cramps, mood swings, heavy periods. Also, some birth control has been shown to reduce your risk of ovarian cancer - which Amy has a genetic risk for.
