hi! 💜 i’m not on Matt’s level, but i feel care for you in whatever situation that is, and i would like to share what i’ve found that helps, if you are interested to hear :)
I’ve found that when interacting with narcissists, they mostly want to manipulate and control/play with people (energetically like turning a ball of yarn into a tangled cat’s cradle, for their own entertainment/distraction, bc they can’t face themselves). so the best thing i’ve found/heard is to focus on one’s own integrity, a smooth wholeness, being complete in Love with oneself, practicing to keep your energy under your own sovereignty. the “I am the Light, the Light I am” mantra helps there :)
and don’t be hard on yourself for inevitably letting them get to you, bc they will; that’s their superpower. I would advise just keeping as much distance from people like that as possible; for me they’ve been more destabilizing than helpful for my growth. if they can’t torture/manipulate you, they’ll likely get bored/frustrated and turn their attention elsewhere.

Great talk! I’m healing from Lyme infections and a recent very traumatic “experience”. This helped me look at the positives and change my perspectives of what is happening. I don’t have to beat myself up about choices I’ve made throughout the past (even if others try to belittle me because of the choices I’ve made in the past, even though I still think the choices I made were almost always right.)
I laughed when he said, “Yay, gluten intolerance!” and the other celebrations he mentioned. I never thought of celebrating those things, except in his talks. Thank you,

I cant believe I woke up from an afternoon napitation hearing you say the very words 44:38 “This is a work of art” 44:44 “You are witnessing all the other versions of your artistry” WHEN IN FACT I woke up first thing this morning and was lead into this very conversation with my hubby. After a brief convo he asked if I was going to make art. And I said, “Life is art”. And then BOOM, the flood of recognition. In recent years, Ive been playing with art as a meditative practice of self awareness ~ breathing, posture, tension, allowance, criticism, judgement, all the things. And this morning realized (again in a deeper way tho), what if I took my experience in my art room of presence and self awareness out to public. And when things don’t go my way, or I’m triggered in CPTSD or emotional flashback by some current offense, that I use the same lessons and presence to realize the same acceptance of trial, perceived error & ultimately appreciation. Stop differentiating. Everywhere I am, is the art room. I pray others recognize that their peace found in isolation can be found in public. We carry the creation. 💗 Talk about confirmation! 👁️🫵🙏👣🌈🫶

Life is hell for me, Debilitating symptoms everyday for one year plus, no signs of help or improving situation. Nothing else seems to matter now, everything I was aiming towards or hoping to experience is pretty much obsolete now as I feel electrical pain in whole upper body. What is the point of this chronic condition that is tormenting me, to love myself while I suffer everyday? Seems bloody pointless. Where is god, where are the angels, where is the help? It feels painful to simply exist in my body… and nothing has seemed to help so far. I used to feel extremely positive for the future and now I’m wishing it would just end, because at the end of the day, life is not worth living if your are suffering and don’t have good health…

I have a suggestion that might help you. I know of a man named Anthony William. He is so full of hope for everyone facing challenges like the one you speak of, and he has helped millions around the world with their chronic illnesses. He is a gifted healer, receiving valuable information from the Spirit of Compassion-- information that is not always known to the western medical field. He has written many books on how to heal naturally, incorporating natural foods as well as meditations with healing angels, if desired.
You might start by looking at his website, which is MedicalMedium -- and then (dotcom). (I'm not sure I can post a physical link here.) Up at the top of his website, you can see tabs that list his books and videos, etc. As you scroll down, you can read about his life and his mission to help people, and if you scroll down further, you can see a sample of some of his videos and read about people who have experienced healing -- he has helped many, many people! He is entertaining to watch on his videos because he has a sense of humor. He loves helping people. I think his information can help you, too.
I am just taking a guess -- but if you are experiencing "electrical pain" in you body, it might have to do with your brain's neurological response, possibly relating to the presence of toxic heavy metals in your system. The presence of heavy metals in people's bodies is becoming more and more common in today's world. His latest books are "Brain Saver" and "Brain Saver Protocols." You might find some valuable information in these two books. And his first book, "Medical Medium, Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal," also gives a good overall summary of symptoms and their related illnesses. Eventually, you might want to get all of his books!
I have all of his books, and I am still learning from them. (You can also check your library for his books, as many of them are best-sellers.) I also love watching his podcasts. (See his website for where to find them.) He encourages people to never give up! He says there is always hope, and there is always help.
He often says that drinking pure celery juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning is a good place to start for healing in general. It is a simple thing to do, and has incredible results over time. Celery is a natural herb and a healing balm for our system. You would want to read about how to prepare it properly, as there is a certain way to make it. (See the tab at the top of his website for "Celery Juice.")
I am sure you will like what Anthony William has to say about your body's ability to heal. He will undoubtedly give you the kind of hope that maybe you haven't felt in a long time. 👍

How can I have enthusiasm for the way I am when I'm under the impression that I'm abusing someone; for example : yelling, insulting, hitting someone else ? Is it ok to say to myself : "And I love how you do that"...? :(

Sadly, I don't understand your question. Please note that English isn't my native language, so my phrasings might look awkward.
Hi Maggi, I was pointing to the self judgement of being under the impression. My intuitive sense is like a heavy blanket of self recrimination/self criticism. And as your reply, again courageously states, the shame that is brought up for you. I've been super hard on myself, critical and full of shame when I have acted out pain. I believe my ego grasped onto that and dragged me into a pit of self loathing, not feeling good enough and deep shame. My ego then flipped to trying so hard to be good. My sense is (I'm not saying I have it right) honouring our way may look more like accepting how our past actions have lead us to where we are. And, rather than push away, criticise and judge ourselves, we have compassion and love for the aspects of ourselves that feel may be in 'our way." I used to believe the most seemingly unloveable aspects of myself were me getting in my own way. I seemed to find many things I could point to that made me feel I was not "quite there yet". Not quite there yet meant I had not reached some loft state of perfectness that would beam up into the spiritual stratosphere of bliss. All that being hard on myself, feeling I had fallen off the path because I was depressed, or angry or processing pain, were things I believed were in my way. When in truth, the way is messy. Slowly I unwind the self hate and send love and compassion for aspects of myself I feel don't deserve love. I don't recall where it is in the video, but Matt speaks of loving ourselves (I'm paraphrasing) increasing our capacity to have compassion, love and I'd say tolerance for others. That is way worthy of enthusiasm. May that land in your heath with love. xx@@Maggi1108
@@Cynthialetton Thank you again for your reply Cynthia. Everything you said really resonated with me. The last part about loving ourself leads to have compassion, and I think that in my case, it is the hard part. I think I'm not ready yet to forgive the abuse I suffered from other. So when I duplicate the same abuse, it is hard to forgive myself. I will let this be as it is and we'll see how this changes with time.
