Fascinating talk! Breathing into our issues or questions reminds me of yoga where one ideally wants to use the breath and breathe into tight muscles or postures. I never thought of breath as a form light and healing energy in this way. Thank you Matt, wonderful message as always.

Last night was the first time I got to see Matt live. For anyone who has never seen Matt live it is as good as you think it would be. I have been to so many spiritual workshops and in the presence of so many teachers, and it is amazing to witness someone who is who they say they are - completely devoted to holding space for all of us, and easy to effortlessly transmit healing energy specifically tailored to what everyone needs. There are things in my life that I have been struggling with for months that now just feel preposterous in light of the waves of pure love and light that I experienced during this transmission. So grateful for this. I hope to be able to attend one of your weekend workshops in person next year. Until then I hope you return to FL soon! 🙏🏼💙

Dear Matt, I woke up in the middle of the night and had to go through this event with full attention and concentration. Amazingly it IS the answer and encouragement I needed right now as my healing process I am definitely in for all becomes most challenging! I am approaching a ‚death point‘ I am pushed into by an invisible perpetrator who himself is calling for release and who feels like a homicidal maniac wanting to kill. That‘s how tide it becomes for me physically and I have somehow to breath through it and I will. That‘s why I was guided to this teaching! Thanks to Jesus who sent again his light to me through you like he already did more often over the past horrible years of healing and awakening.
