Love my WR Warrior model which is similar and previous model to your 370, extremely light and deadly! In combination with Swhacker broad heads, it s a consistent deer slayer for 4 years!
Idk if you heard about the brand new commander m1 wicked ridge it’s literally a newer m370 that shoots about 10fps faster, they had so much success with that m370 they are gonna keep making them essentially!
Thanks for the 4 year review....I have a Horton now for 9yrs.....am leaning towards the WR....wasnt sure how durable was....you helped show its durability and killavility!
Ricky so I just learned recently that Wicked Ridge discontinued this particular model. They came out with a new model called the Commander M1. From the pics and specs, it looks like the Commander M1 is the new and improved M-370. Just wanted to give you a heads up on that if you were thinking about this model.
Hey Buddy, I have that cross bow also. What bolts are you using? I have the 400 gr Pro Elite's. I was just wondering if it should be heavier or if 400's are ok with the Rage heads? Thanks Brian
Hey Brian I have been using the Pro Elite 400 bolts ever since day one with the Rage 2 blade NC broadhead. I have killed 11 deer with this setup so far. EVERY shot was a complete pass through and every deer except one expired in under 50 yards from the shot. The one that didn't went 100 yards and instead of that being a lung shot, that bolt went straight through the heart. Ya never know.
Have you used the rage NO COLLAR two blade cross bow broadheads yet. This will be my first year with the no collar. Just wondering if you’ve had any issues with them opening during flight if you have used them.
Jeff this will be my 5th year using the NC Rage broadheads. I have killed 11 deer in the last 4 seasons with the Rage NC 2 blade - no issues what so ever. I only had 1 of those deer go beyond 40 yards. For the 10 under 40 the blood trail was amazing. the other deer went probably 100 yards. That was the only one that didn't leave a massive blood trail. The difference which is odd, is that the 10 were lung shots and the one that went 100 yards was a perfect heart shot. Go figure.
Thinking about getting the wife a crossbow and your video has been extremely helpful. How is the trigger pull on it ? Also is supposed to be light weight she is all for that. Great video thanks
I think the trigger pull is decent. As in I don’t think about at all so there is nothing triggering me to think there are any issues with it. This particular model was one of if not the lightest on the market when it first came out so it is definitely on the lighter side. My daughters shoot it so it would be perfect for your wife.
Yes it is! They are fantastic. I do wish they were a little brighter though. It isn't quite bright enough for me to track a blood trail after dark, but I have older eyes.
Hey Boone Down South! Great job on this four-year review of your Wicked Ridge M-370! As you know I too finally purchased one from Bass Pro Sports, and I simply love mine! I've taken four deer this year, and two of the bucks dropped within 25 yards, also using the RAGE 2 X Crossbow heads! I'm like your Dad, an aging Boomer, so I too am now hunting very close to home! th-cam.com/video/ONO7Cbxt0Bg/w-d-xo.html. You can solve that problem with the loose plastic cocking sled, I'm told by my Bass Pro archery outfitter buy engaging and tightening it up with the crank!
Thanks Boomer Ranger Ron! Sounds like you have been tearing them up this year. It has been a great crossbow for me for sure. That was a pretty cool video you shared. That was some blood trail. That is the power of the Rage in the Cage! Ya know I never thought about cranking down on it with it engaged to tighten that up. I guess because I never have it engaged. That is a great idea to put a little more tension on it though for sure. Thanks for that tip!
Yes, it was the most impressive, and massive blood trail, unlike anything I'd ever had happen with an arrow! I love your comment, "The RAGE in the CAGE"! This was a double lunger for sure, and it got the job done quickly.@@BooneDownSouth
Just bought an m370 refurbished, great deal I’m thinking at $450 from Ten Point with the year warranty , quiver and 3 bolts . Had a Mission before but no way I’m over a grand $$ for a crossbow . One shoots plenty fast, nice camo, and less than 6 lb. What do you think about the multi line scope? I have a compensating scope that i might use.
Yea man that is a great price on a very nice crossbow. I think when I initially bought mine it was $800 or so. The scope was fine, but CVLIFE sent me one of their scope models to test out and so that is what I have mounted on it now. It is one of those 20 yards to 100 yard scopes. I do like the CVLIFE better, but not because of that. I like it better because it has illumination. What a world of difference that makes at first and last light. th-cam.com/video/E2282LqtSWs/w-d-xo.html
Literally just bought one tonight. Ive been wanting a crossbow for a couple of years now. Almost bought a killer instinct but looked at this one and saw the price. Lol
This is a great crossbow, especially at the current price point. You can switch the safety to be left or right handed, but if you get the model with the accudraw, the crank will be on the right side.
So there is a difference but it's not a night and day kind of difference. Check out this video and you can see the audible difference it makes based on the sounds levels I recorded with and without: th-cam.com/video/doeBhjk74sg/w-d-xo.html
Try tightening your cocking piece by cranking in two clicks of tension on the cables. That what my Wicked Ridge manual says to do. No more rattles.😁
Yep that is just what someone told me. I guesss I always leave mine disengaged so I never thought about it. Thank you!

You gotta love it when you have completed confidence in your weapon!
I just purchased one this past fall and I love it. I watched all your videos before purchasing. Great review.
That's awesome man. Thanks for watching my vids. Yea I am really happy with this crossbow. It has definitely been a performer for sure!
Good video I picked one of these up before Christmas for my son.
Thank you. It is a solid crossbow and has served me well.
Love my Wicked Ridge M-370.....shot a nice buck with it this fall. Just tighten the cocking rope a little to get rid of the rattle. Works great......
Awesome. Congrats on your buck! A couple people told me that now about tightening it and I don’t know why I never thought about it.

Yes I saw that just recently. That was my assumption after looking at it too, that it basically is a slightly improved M-370.
Weighs more, costs more

I like the $500 price of 370, but am looking at other models too
Just bought one!
Sweet. Can't go wrong with this one.
Nice vid

How do you decock your M370?
I have a small target and a practice arrow I use when I am finished with my hunt. You basically shoot it to decock it.
How do you decock it?
You shoot it. I always have a practice arrow and a target ready for when I am done with the hunt.
