How so much easier do we have it today to follow the score in our piano books. Thank you for providing these original pages to follow along! It is always a joy to hear Ingrid Haebler play Mozart's wonderful Sonatas, even though, over the years, I have found numerous other pianists to my liking. The musical treasures seem sheer endless . . . how lucky are we?
I was just listening to this sonata and your video notification popped up. I must say, I like this version way more than the one I listened to! Thank you very much for the great content, as always!:)
Bartmans what year was this cycle of piano sonatas recorded? Haebler recorded Mozart’s Piano Sonatas twice. I’m guessing a mix here some from the 60’s and others from the 80s

The 2nd part Adagio, it touches my soul. So very beautiful. It was written 230 years ago. ❤❤

Got to be one of the best Mozart performers ever, bravissimo!
Thanks for sharing this lovely and exquisite rendition.
IMHO, the most dramatic Sonata by Mozart, even more than the two in minor keys.
Yes!
It has Sturm und Drang in it
Not in this performance though. Try the version by Casadesus.

Dear Bartje,
Do you know the year of the performance?
Apparently a live one.
Esta es una de mis favoritas

What weird clef is the right hand in?
Treble clef
Not sure, I noticed this as well, it's not on the same lines as treble clef?
Soprano clef
@@yoliv2469 thanks! But wouldn’t it be easier to just use a treble clef here? There would be fewer ledger lines...
