u forgot about the "mothership" The hippy van, the only way to obtain it is from the mission "Are you going to San Fierro?" If you are at san fierro go to the garage then shoot "the truth" then save it

The rarest cars I mught have found yet without cheats (I mean I never used any cheats, I don't know amy cheat code) is the bullet perhaps. Found it while circling the strip of las venturas and I was really happy to spot it. The best car I have that fits my driving style is Jester but I really had to sacrifice it to maneuver the bullet and save it to a garage. Whelp, jester is easy to find anyway
It is just easy to find the bullet,the freeway in San Fierro where there is a Burger Shot you could see a BULLET spawning there and plus Sports Cars in Venturas is not rare:)

SuperJLD 2005 I figured out... Just try vigilante (Police) mission like “Diambler” suggested. For the “hot knife” to show up you have to have two stars means that the police will be chasing you too. Tap on “vigilante mode” find the bad guy, if it’s not the hot knife cancel the mission and try again. It will take you five, six times.

In Vice City the Phoenix is considered as a common car. Weird that a car that can be spawned everywhere could be considered rare on the other game.

The Tornado can be the rarest car when you decided to take all the Vagos' turfs. Since Tornadoes doesn't have any spawn points.

You missed Berkeley's RC van. That is the third rarest vehicle in San Andreas, after the hotknife and phoenix. Also include Dune on the list.

You have to finish all side story missions as well. The Zero Missions unlock the wang car dealership missions and races.
