    Am I the only one who thinks it's weird that Valve thinks passive bonuses are bad but passive negatives are OK? Seems kind of hypocritical to me.

      It's mostly about readability, I guess. For example, when the Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol gave +15hp you had no way to know unless it was out. But when a Scout has the Candy Cane the passive is negative so you aren't put at a disadvantage for not knowing if an enemy Scout has it or not.

      After Breakfast To me, the passive effects that existed in TF2 weren't anything to worry over. The +15 health didn't change much, he'd still get headshot by a quickscope, it's still take 2 rockets to kill him, the only real point it would matter is final chip damage with say, the Pistol. Plus, 15 extra damage isn't anything to get too overfussed about. Most of the time I don't pay attention to the small amounts of damage difference it takes to kill classes. 220 health on Soldier is the same as if it still was 200. Now if it was something like +100, then yeah, it'd need to be visible. But anything that is just an extra Bat swing isn't anything to worry about. Plus, not many weapons had any passive bonuses on them to begin with.

    i think there should be a weapon for heavy that does 40% less damage, but has knock back and can undisguise spy's and is a melee weapon

      medics could benefit from reversing the disguise of spies, however this just makes the heavy more vulnerable to trickstabs and more vulnerable to damage in general.

    I like these, you put some good thought into them :D.
    1) *Non-Minigun MG*
    Seeing something like an M2 Browning-armed Heavy would be a pretty interesting idea. I thought of that a bit myself a few years ago, I'd be all for it.
    2) *Ballistic Shield*
    Yeess, I'd _love_ a ballistic shield-toting Heavy. Dunno about the regeneration, but otherwise I'm totally behind that idea.
    3) *Grapple Heavy*
    That would certainly mix things up nicely.
    I hope Valve listens to you or at least makes something similar to these sometime.

    I think the wepon will be better if it increases max hp instead of hp picked up from ammo boxes and the health regen should be bought down to a 6hp per second but it is basically a boot leger for heavy.

      The sheild will be good for freindly playera since the enemy will take more to kill the heavy. oh and it also should increase the sandwich regen and the dalokahs bar overheal.

    Your minigun delete straddles a thin line between the Fatscout oriented speed-boosting ones and the MMO-standard tank ones that make him even healthier. Hell, it reminds me of the Riot Shield from Modern Warfare 2 and 3. Wouldn't yours make the Fists of Steel redundant?
    What about a primary that trades the Minigun for speed, increased secondary ammo, and the ability to pick up Metal and throw down ammo packs for teammates? Carry three Sandviches and heal multiple teammates, help Engineers build faster, run around at "normal" speed (identical speed boost to the GRU, and stacks with it too), never let up with the shotty, be Dispenser Heavy!

      while I like the idea, a support-type class with that much health is a bit crazy right? in most games supports have to be squishy, otherwise they become too hard to eliminate. then again, what can't a phlogistinator kill?

      You're *supposed* to waste countless ammo trying to eliminate him, in order for his teammates to come in and defeat you. That's what a tank is supposed to do, yes?
      There's also Fatscout, but Heavy's shotgun has a slower firing speed and lower damage than a Scattergun.

      If the riot shield were a passive wearable like the demo shields, pretty sure it would stack with the FoS for a wonderful 90% damage resistance (if the bonus were applied additively) while crouched. As a heavy player who wants something other than Tomislav/Stock + Sandvich + GRU, that'd be a lot of fun-especially if I got a friend with the Vacc. Ultimate resistance. But I don't think the comp community would go for it, and they have Valve's ear for this one. I'm not even banking on new weapons at this point; too many times I've heard we're getting new weapons, only to be given disappointing reskins and balance changes beyond reasonable comprehension. Gimme back my Bison, Valve.

    My only issue here is the first one. The -50% on holster is VERY heavy. Maybe -25%/-30%?

      It brings the switch from .5s to .75s. Slower but still faster than having to bring up a normal minigun and switch.

    I feel like the first minigun would be way too similar in purpose and functionality to the Tomislav.
    Also, if you're going to introduce a shield into pubs, I would just bring over the Medic's Projectile Shield from MvM. Attach the shield feature to an entirely new Medi-gun, and boom! Less tanky Reinhardt.

      I guess it would be kind of similar to the Tomislav in a way. But this gun would allow you to fire instantly, jump while shooting, move while crouching and shooting, and switch weapons at any point. Plus it can be more effective at range. At the cost of generally lower damage output and needing more precise aim.

    HEY!
    shield is pretty good idea but i would like to change it a bit.
    if you hold the shield (by pressing mouse 2) you will gain a 100 health bar from the shield
    and it will give you 90% less knock back
    and cannot be crited when holding the shield
    when you have like 1 health and you pull out a shield and get like 150 damage
    the shield will brake but you won't get health damage
    and you will move 10% slower when you holding the shield
    when your not, you will move 10% faster
    and also you will take damage from behinde when you hold the shield
    and also when your not holding it will work as same as razor back
    and when your shield brakes you can fix it up by picking up ammo
    and yes, you can use your melee and secondary in that shield mod
    you could just tank a lot of damage if you take food with shield
    problem is that you will be a melee class.

    suggestion:
    +each hit increases firing speed by 10% (up to +30% from -20%)
    +3 consecutive hits on the same target will crit on the 3rd
    +(hidden 50% reach)
    +on hit slows target for 3s (it's really makes a difference)
    -45% damage penalty
    -20% base firing speed

    When equiped:
    25% damage resistance to all sources
    +15% movement speed
    Alt-fire: Ram shield into ground. Placed shield has 150 health. cannot be repaired, cannot be picked up. must resupply after placing shield to get new shield. resupplying removes current placed shield.

    neutral: instead of having a 200 bullet box-magazine it has a 50 bullet belt (takes 6.2 seconds to reload)

    +25% accuracy
    +33% bullet damage
    +10% movements speed
    no spinup
    +15% fire rate
    negatives:
    -25% reserve ammo
    -75% bullets per shot
    no ammo from dispensers
    -20% healing from medics

    Very loud rev-up.
    Pros
    +6/1 bullet/ammo ratio
    + press reload key to "deploy" deploying takes 1,5 second, undeploying takes 1 second.
    While deployed you take 30% less dmg, cannot move , it also locks you looking in chosen direction (100 degrees in front of you). and gain:
    (Combared to stock)
    +40% firing speed
    +20% dmg per bullet

    Name: "The Soviet winter"
    Shotgun secondary
    (Resembling PP-19 Bizon-2, but is a shotgun)

    -Only four shells in mag

    Name: "The Happiness Distiller"

    Stats:
    Every 30 seconds you get a bottle of happiness, you can store up to 3 of them, dealing damage speeds up distilling (5 seconds with constant dmg.)
    Lmb-
    drink a bottle youself, why would you share?
    Upon drinking, Similiar to Dalokhas bar, except:
    +50% movement speed
    +10 hp per second
    +50% dmg and attack speed for melee
    - 20% accuracy with minigun
    Lasts for 10 seconds, drinking another one after efects expire only restores health for 20 seconds cooldown.
    Rmb
    Throw a glass of this magnificent drink for your friend to drink, (works like small medkit), four glasses from one bottle.

    The press fire to load shots may not work on panic attack, but a minigun might work
    Minigun Replacement
    Hold Fire to load up to 50 ammo (0.8 second spun up=10 ammo loaded)
    +40% faster move speed while deployed
    20% less accurate
    firing speed slowly decrese after firing for a while

    This may be late to the party, but my idea is for something like the gunboats for the Heavy. The name of the boots would be called Trotsky's Trotters, based on Leo Trotsky. These boots would have a 75% knockback resistance from all sources, but at the cost of you having to be rev'd up for this to activate, with you also not being able to turn. In addition, when in the air, the user takes 75% more knockback, which, in theory, a smart/skilled heavy can surf using the rockets with the knockback.
    That's just my stupid idea, hope you peeps like it.

    If the player is being healed by a medic when the gun is being reloaded the medic will be as slow as the heavy. The effect will stay for 3 seconds after the healing stops.

      It would normally slow you down by about 60%. Crouching move speed is 33% or normal move speed.

    it has +32%damage and knock back, and if shot at the ground can send the heavy into the air, however this weapon will have a -25% firing speed and cost 2 ammo to shoot resulting in a -50% clip size

    I have a weapon idea for when the heavy update comes out. The chips off the old bloc. It's a bag of potato chips.
    Stats: The weapon has 5 bars like the thermal thruster and recharges like the gas passer.
    Bars refill in 20 seconds or through 250 damage.
    Upon consumption, each bar gives heavy 50 hp and 12% global resistance while reducing his physical abilities (speed, jump, rev time) by 10% and applying a 15% heal and overheal penalty which lasts for 20 seconds. Damage dealt while under the effect will count towards the bar for half as much. (500 dmg = 1 bar) The taunt will be performed in sync with the sandvich eating taunt, with a chip being eaten at each "nom". Having less than five bars decreases the consumption time so it ends before he starts eating chips that he doesn't have. Up to three bars are lost upon death. Right clicking will use two bars to toss a small health kit onto the map.
    My idea behind this was to make the opposite of the buffalo steak, which would allow heavy to soak up lots of damage with something that would not have a fast passive recharge while applying the overheal/heal nerf on the FOS.
    Item card:
    The chips off the old bloc
    Level 1-100 Lunch Box
    +Can store up to five potato chips
    +Chips regenerate every 20 seconds or through damage done

      That things sucks. Heavy takes so much damage that he needs heals pretty frequently. That weapon makes it almost impossible for the heavy to get health back after use, especially since the minigun will leave you a sitting duck, but the a fists heavy will get too close to enemies to be saved once the effect runs out.

    When you started talking about Little Mac I thought it would be some gloves that give you a guaranteed critical hit once you took/dealt enough damage with them active(activated by pressing M2 once some kinda charge is full)

      +After Breakfast Something else that might be interesting is a gun similar to the first but it would be like a small artillery Gun with silent spinup that fires a bullet with a ark similar to a fully charged huntsman arrow that deals 50-100 damage (depending on distance) and penetrate up to 2 enemys.
      As downside it would have a 3 second reload time and a 1.5x longer spin up.
      I'm not shure about the stats but you get the idea.

    My idea for a Roman Legionary Heavy weapon set, idk why I got it:
    Primary: a legionary shield
    +150 base hp
    +rechargeable alt-fire makes you unable to use any weapons, but it gives you 33% damage resistance
    -15% movement speed
    -50% healing from medic sources
    -75% overheal speed
    Secondary: a legionary eagle flagstaff
    Deal 600 melee damage to activate a rage mode, that gives melee minicrits, +15% melee swing speed and +30% movement speed for 8 seconds
    Melee: a gladius
    +10% melee damage
    +has a random chance to cause bleed (counted the same way as crits, but x2 or x3 probability)
    -15% melee swing speed
    This would add up to a total melee tank with an ability to become a mobile as fuck deadly killing machine

    Give him a gun that allows a self made uber charge pack it takes up 2nd slot so it's only main and fists . It builds charge based off of damage given, you can't over heal with this and a medic's uber doesn't work or burns up twice as fast.

    I kinda like the sheild, but there are two things I think need changing:
    1: Lower the health regen to just 3 per second. 10 is ridiculous. Even if it slows while taking damage.
    2: Instead of being a bullet sponge while crouching, I think when you hit a button, the heavy lifts up the sheild, and it blocks 75% of all damage from the front. Obviously you still can't fire.

    I think if in order to buff the Huo long heater we should start by removing by removing the ring of fire and replacing that with a 100% reduction to slowed move speed caused while being spun up. The 4 ammo per second would remain but I believe that it would compensate for the ammo loss allowing you bunny hop and play a more offensive flanker type of heavy load-out.

    I think the grapple heavy could be a good idea, but I have a few suggestions. Instead of grappling, it'd probably be better for it to force both the attacker and the victim to stay immobile while a punch is thrown. Obviously the victim can still shoot and stuff. Also, it should be called the Popanski pummel, a reference to Soda Popanski, a Russian boxer from punch-out.

    1: Heavy is a different person without his minigun (Stoic, serious, calm and calculated)

    I would like the shield to behave like in Strike Force Heroes. There are actually many kinds of shields:
    (All of them is activated by crouching)
    1. Meat Shield
    When active: Blocks 50% of incoming damage
    When active: 30% less accuracy
    0% chance to reflect bullets or projectiles
    2. Small shield (I don't remember its name that was given by the developers...)
    When active: Blocks 10% of incoming damage
    When active: No accuracy penalty
    10% chance to reflect bullets or projectiles
    3. Siegius (I don't remember its name properly that was given by the game's developers. The name refers to the dev's other game, Siegius Arena (or something...))
    When active: Blocks 10% of incoming damage
    When active: 30% less accuracy
    40% chance to reflect bullets or projectiles
    Blast shield
    When active: Blocks 10% of incoming damage (80% of explosive damage)

      Except that the shield sucked. They provided an upside that had a relatively low chance to happen, if you were crouching AND facing your enemy, and doing so decreased your accuracy by a LOT (unless you had the Buckler, but it had lower resistances) and you get rid of a weapon that deals an arseload of damage and are forced to use your secodary, and unless you have one of the three or four best secondaries in the game, their damage output is extremely low.

    I'm 2 years late but i decided to comment this since i recently got that idea. It's about the shield. I agree with it being a primary weapon and i also agree with the stats. The shield should not be active for these stats to work EXCEPT FOR ONE the damage resistance. And how i want the shield to work? Well by simply going from your secondary or melee to primary. When you don't hold your shield and you are at your secondary or melee, the shield will be on your back, preventing spyies backtabing you. Yes it would work like the rasorback but i still think this idea is pretty cool. About the others you mentioned in the vid, they just don't Interest me at all. What else i want from the heavy update? Buff brass, buffalo and spirit. And make the class more fun overall. I think heavy has been nerfed a lot and needs a lot of buffing. He doesn't feel like a "tank" class if you don't have a medic 24/7.

    For a shield, i would give it the name "The Prison Breaker" (after the imposed idea that the broke out of prison, taking out all gaurds, and freeing everyone). It is a riot shield held on the left hand of the heavy, when equiped on the minigun slot, the heavy will take 35% less projectile and explosive damage, he cannot take headshots or fire damage from the front end. when pressing mouse 2, the heavy will push enemies away, or slam projectiles like rockets, and stickies back at the enemy. The secondary becomes 20% less acurrate, while the fist has full damage due to him only using one hand. This item could make the heavy a good support character. When using the shotgun, he has a new animation with a one armed pop reload like the terminator.

    perhaps have the shield at SECONDARY, and go in front of you when you have the minigun reved, up, replacing the shotgun/sandvitch, reducing damage taken by around 30%, but maybe reducing movement speed by 15%. Maybe something like the booties for demo :) just a thought.

    I had an idea for a sheild:
    A riot shield (not sure which class or slot), which would protect you from ANY attack from the front, as well as absorbing all knockback. The downsides; it would leave you open to attacks from all other sides, and would make you REALLY slow (like somewhere around half-ish the speed of a heavy), as well as doubling the draw and holstering time.

    Firstly, heavy does not need mobility. He needs to 1v1 a scout running at him and not lose almost all his health because of how meatshots work.
    1: This can be an overpowered or useless weapon depending on how bullet spread would work for it.
    2: Good stats, but having to crouch to activate the shield means two things. You are sniper and spy bait, and I mean even moreso than usual.
    3: What's the point of a grappling hook weapon if you have to hit them in melee anyway?
    I have two suggestions of my own, both for the secondary weapon.
    1: A secondary that blocks backstabs but sacrifices your utility completely so you cannot sandvitch medic.
    2: A secondary that blocks headshots, but sacrifices your sandvitch.
    If this sounds overpowered, consider the following. It is a counter weapon for the normal instant kill classes but heavy is split between countering one or the other. And guess what. You can switch classes to counter this counter weapon.
    Here's the cons. Your medic will die more often to general enemy fire due to no sandvitches, spy has a gun, sniper can bodyshot, heavy is a huge slow moving target and snipers + spies can simply kill more priority targets.
    Is it a class change item? No. It is a simple blocking item, something that fits the general play style of heavy and makes heavy relevant in maps that favour snipers and spies.
    Valve give me money.

    We might see your ideas in-game, if 1. Any members of the TF team see this video 2. They think the ideas might fit in the game 3. Heavy wins in Heavy vs Pyro (as of now, Pyro leads by 4%, bear in mind this might drastically change, eg. how Brexit went.)

    I had this idea for the heavy to make him more viable as a class in competitive mode and I'd like to know what you guys think. what if when he had his minigun spun up a heavy would have a mechanic that would function similarly to the charged battalions backup for soldier where teammates would get a small defence buff when close to the heavy. maybe like 20% or so. the mechanic could be called "morale" or something. it would be very helpful for the team including fitting in with the whole defence class mentality of the heavy, additionally it adds more strategy to a match.

    personally I think the shield is an interesting idea, but the one thing I'd change is since most heavy equipable shotguns don't have right click function, the shield could be moved to R mouse to activate instead of crouch, same slowness and effects, just a more convinient button config.

    tbh the minigun idea is quite similar to an idea I've had, call it a heavy machinegun rather then a minigun, however no spinup and very accurate, a good way to keep a sniper suppressed, and to keep heavy at his base trash speed would also be a large buff for shotguns if it preformed very poorly at close range, you would need to question if this heavy has his secondary for healing himself and his team or to cover his weakness, which would make him a more fun class to fight, as well as vastly increases his spy checking capabilities without being very inconvenient

    There should be a primary for him called the Heavy Backpack maybe. 2+ Health Regeneration On wearer. 50% more ammo on secondary. 10% Faster Melee Swing Speed. Survive one backstab but lose all bonuses for 20 seconds. Backstab protection can only be regained with resupply. (I saw a comment down there and thought of this, since you're removing his gun it has no downsides, tell me if ya like it)

    RIOT shield (primary):
    when not holding right click:
    can't have a minigun
    and shield wont work
    upon holding right click (makes a shield):
    has a durability can absorb over 1000 damage before having the shield break crits will do 2x more damage to your shield it means 195 × 2
    + block all bullets,rockets,sentrys melee attacks, and etc exept lasers that are what ever direction your facing
    -15 percent speed
    - only supply cabinets can replace it
    -if you get flanked your dead
    RIOT ARMOR(secondary)
    +200 more health
    + 25 more resistant to bullet, fire , and explosives
    + 35 percent resistant to crits and sentry
    -15 speed (heavy armor)
    -can still get one shot by a spy via a backstab
    Baton(melee)
    + upon hitting a enemy damage ramps up by 25 more damage the more you hit them ( it resets every 3 seconds)
    - 20 less damage
    +25 firing speed
    +switches to weapon 30 percent faster
    -no random crits

      While I absolutely support (love, actually) the idea of a melee-focused Heavy subclass, you're proposing that we take the slowest class in the game, with 73% movement speed, and drop that speed down to 43%. Even if the weapons were great ideas, the speed debuff alone would make them useless even in defense, since the enemy can just backpedal.

    Here are some spy weapon idea (dont have names yet)
    Knife: after successful stab spy will receive 30% less fire, explosives, bullet resistance, 20% less health
    Sapper: 50% more damage, 40% less sapper life
    Pistol: 20% faster firing speed ,10% more clip size, 15% damage penalty

    I like the idea of the shield, but I would probably only use it in Medieval Mode. Also, here's a stupid idea I had. It's probably pretty bad, but it is a complete weapon aside from not having a model. I'd call it The Sandvich Flask (or something like that). It's a secondary consumable that is a bottle of vodka. It functions exactly like the Buffalo Steak Sandvich, except it grants a speed boost instead of a damage boost, as well as a damage resistance. The main use of this weapon is to help Heavies get from spawn to the front faster and with less risk of death along the way, at the cost of the ability to self-heal (it can still be dropped for teammates as a medium health pack).

    I feel like the shield would work best as a passive damage resistance, with its ability being a shield bash of some sort (like the new push with the shortstop, but with damage!). It would pair well with the shotguns, as the shield would encourage you pushing forward because you can tank the damage, and the shield bash would be a great function for clearing objectives, while you can pelt people still close with your secondary. The whole not being able to attack thing makes you a glorified hoovy, and honestly, a mini gun replacement should do more than take away your secondary guns, it should alter how you use them.

    a weapon idea i have for heavy, it is not really a weapon but instead another lunchbox item
    the Bagel sandvich
    when eaten it grants you immortality for 15 seconds
    does not require cooldown
    can only be eaten 4 times in one life
    -20% damage to enemies when invincible
    +50% health bonus
    if given to teammates it gives them mini crits for 6 seconds
    does not heal teammates
    giving it to players requires cool down for a new bagel sandvich
    40 second cooldown
    5 second chewing duration

    Idea for mini-gun replacement, The M.A.N.N Shield: gives heavy the power to smack enemys and some times stunning them, can not be back stabbed, can be turned on and off with crouching or pressing middle mouse, can not be killed by headshot damage while in use. 35% armor vs any type of damage, while critted you can block 50% damage from all sources. shield can be destroyed from Demoman charging. can use shotgun or melee and boosted damage on melee while having a shield out. takes 10% more damage from attacks from behind and the shield adds 200 more HP but at the cost of Ammo 20% of support weapon ammo and can not restock ammo from packs dropped by players. if Shield is destroyed heavy becomes bonked and it stays around for 3 seconds at 50% hp, 6 for 90% and 2 seconds at 15% the lower the health the faster heavy can run, he gets 4 seconds of the demomans charging speed when fleeing if shield is destroyed while bonk is still in effect. with the shield destroyed heavy takes 10% more damage from all sources.

    I got an idea after watching your balance videos and I thought about what happened to the Shortstop and how it now has an alt-fire and your idea for heavy's shield. What if there were a change to the Fists-of-Steel in that they would have an alt fire that would have heavy bring his fists close to him in a blocking fashion and make him somewhat like moving cover for allies. Maybe expand his hitbox in this just slightly to increase effectiveness. IT might be good for a sacrificial play or getting a medic or other injured ally to safety. Obviously, heavy would be the one taking damage at a usual rate. Unless a buff or nerf could be worked in.
    What do you think?

    Idea for the shield:
    +45% overall (Aka Passive) damage vulnerability
    Any and all damage dealt to you from the 180 degrees where you're aiming will be blocked
    40% (could be knocked down to like 25% instead of 40 but meh) of all damage blocked will be health gained to you and any nearby teammates in a small radius
    Replaces both the minigun and the secondary
    Shotgun is stock

    What would i like to see is a buff to the Huo-long heater. This wepons set a ring of fire and use a lot of amo, but why not give it a buff
    The buff will be when right-cliking, instead of a ring of fire, every 4 bullet burn the ennemis, this will keep the idea of burning people while using amo and the downside will be you can't spin up whit this minigun.
    i think this is a great idea, are you thinkng the same ways?

    For the grapple gloves it kind of already has been done with the eviction notice as the extra speed it gives you helps you continue to attack enemies

    I have an Idea for a minigun;
    its like a cow mangler for heavy where it can charge shot
    STATS:
    +No spin up needed
    +20% Less damage dropoff
    alt fire for a charged shot that can do 100 damage
    -No random crits
    -charged shot deals 20 damage to user when fired
    -10% less damage when not using charged shot.

      if this were to be added, it probably should receive more downsides, 10% penalty isn't much and 20 damage isn't much for a class that almost completely relies on health.

    I like the idea of a shield, this is my personal take on what I think personally would work better:
    Instead of replacing his source of firepower, the shield should replace his secondary, sacrificing a source of health for a source of protection. Because of this it should be nerfed more. I think it should be able to only absorb 600 damage, and similar to other regenerating items it wouldn't be able to be used for 20 seconds once enough damage has been taken. Making it switch to a third person view is a pretty good idea, so that wouldn't change. Since it should be used mostly defensively if you take damage with the shield it should slow you down by 20% for 0.2 seconds. What do you think?

    New minigun: Faster speed while reved up up to +30%, that decays after one second not reved up, and -10% speed while deployed. Also a 10% slower rev up time.

    Mentioning Little Mac gave me an other idea for an alternative melee. As you get damaged, it charges up a rage bar, and once it's full, you get one controlled melee critical that you can use whenever you want. The obvious downside would be that this weapon can't get random crits, and possibly slightly reduced damage, considering that crits on command far outweighs the loss of random crits, and the fact that taking damage is sort of Heavy's job.

    I thought of one that would be a medie gun replacement... but after some thinking I thought how little this gun would be used...
    Medy gun replacement
    Ups
    Hp regen on play when healing ally. [This only goes up if hp on ally is going up, otherwise it stays where it is.]
    Appon uber deployment, target and player is ubered and crized for 8 seconds
    Downs
    Deployment and puting away this "weapon" is 50% slower
    Movement speed on player is cut by 30%
    It takes 50% Longer to reach ubber
    Odd effect.
    If you encounter an enimey, you can "Heal" them, stealing their uber [if medic] and cutting their hp. [because that ubber thing they all have in their chest attached to their heart... in short, you heal an enimy to their heart failer, so it is the only medi gun that can do damage to enimies.] Stealing uber from an medic will slowly add their uber to your tank.
    Uber steal, 5% per second attached.
    Damage to enimy is 5 per second attached.
    What ya guys think?

    my little idea that goes together with that shield, a slug gun.
    it only fires singular bullets with a higher damage and handles somewhat like the revolver (first shot always accurate). this shotgun would do better at longer ranges compared to the stock shotgun at longer ranges, but does less damage up close compared to a shotgun.
    lets say a base damage of 50, higher then a revolver at 40 and less then a shotgun at 6 X 10.

    1) Machine Gun. Primary. No spin up time, faster movement speed.
    2) The Knocker. Melee. Deals knockback. Hitting airborne enemies deals crits.
    3) Fireman's sword. Melee. Alt fire extinguishes teammates, slows down enemies, dealing 3 dmg for 10s. hitting "frozen" enemies deals minicrits. exposes spies, crap range.

    If you can switch off gloves while remaining grappled, I could see you being able to grapple, pull out shotgun to shot them right in their face, most likely killing, and then use the shield to block damage for an escape if needed.
