I’ve been avoiding starting therapy for years.... you give me a lot of encouragement to get up and go... many times I’ve scheduled my sessions and then just felt fine on the days of the appointment so I always just skip the appointment. It doesn’t help me in the long run.
Girl I’m the same way!! Don’t worry about it. If you went when you weren’t ready it wouldn’t be productive as if you were actually into the appointment so just give it a shot and try to have a positive attitude about it and also research a therapist that would be perfect fit with you that also helps.

I can totally relate to the second question re cleaning! There were so many days that i felt mom guilt for cleaning rather than spending time with my daughter and i stopped cleaning so much but i literally was miserable and overwhelmed in mess. I now take 1/2 or 45 mins and maintain the house. Im much more plesant to be around.

I'm so glad you just applauded us older Momma's with grown kids!! Made my day! I feel sometimes I don't fit in because I'm older and follow young Momma's. You'd be the perfect daughter for me💕. I love Aaryn, Liza, Rashell and Tiffany too. My son is 27 on Jan 3 '19 and have of course Riley, my 2 year old granddaughter so relate alot that way with your kiddos. Yes!
