I grew up in the UK in the 1950’s we used to get chips (French fries) wrapped in old newspapers. My grandma used to say “you got to eat a Lb (that’s around half kilo) of dirt before you die” Sanitising everything makes us inevitably more susceptible to bugs. ... these chips do look darned good to eat!

One thing other than the questionable sanitation of the kitchen area I have noticed these venders go out of their way to give a very generous portion to whatever they're selling...If you notice here in the states even McD's serves their so called "worlds best" fries just enough to make it seem that they give 2 fucks, you get what you get...Full bag, 3/4 full bag or whatever...Mad props to those who give 2 fucks to their patrons...
I was gonna leave another generic comment about the cleanliness of the food…instead I’ll just say, looks good 👍🏽
