    You are my hero! Thank you! I really appreciate you! You're attention to detail in showing 2 different forms of loaves.......cutting them, displaying how the crumb is, moist and airy, toasted, buttered and telling us how amazing it tastes! You are incredible and I truly can't thank you enough for the tremendous time and effort it must take to do these videos! Again, thank you! I'm humbled by your generosity!

    Made this bread and turned out pretty good. After completely cooled I cut a sluce and was a bit moist inside so sliced it all up and dried some in lowest oven temp for 1 plus hours. Was then not as moist. Next time will add some lupin flour in lieu of all that almond flour. Very good flavour and crust! Thank you

      Psyllium husk powder is the best replacement for gluten and you can order online too. But if you really can't get then yes, try xanthan gum. I understand its 1 tsp xanthan gum to 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder

    Is Psyllium Husk Powder the same as Psyllium Husk? Do I use the same weight as shown in recipe? Thanks

    • @lowcarbrecipeideas
      @lowcarbrecipeideas  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Psyllium husk powder are pre grounded and they are super fine and more concentrated so you need to reduce the amount and water accordingly (i am not sure how much as i have not used the powder form). For baking the best is to buy the psyllium husks then use a coffee or multi grinder to grind until half its original volume then its ready to be used. The measurements provided are after grinding. You can also grind in bulk and just store in the refrigerator

    • @lowcarbrecipeideas
