Fought him as Lethita (I'm Korean dunno his english name, the dual blade guy, I was using dual spears though) my whole party died, he was at 3 percent health, I kept dodging and dodging and dodging and somehow killed him.. Most epic memory ever
This song makes me miss back when vindictus had it's difficulty that even earned a "souls like" category tag on steam back in the day because now the only difficulty is once you get to level 90 missions and even then it's mostly the end bosses for those areas that have the old difficulty. The current vindictus is nothing but a shell of what it could have been. But the music is still kick ass
I miss this game so much, it was my entry into getting dodge/ muscle memory and knowing how to learn enemy movesets. I remember having quite a hard time with Glas. There were quite a few difficult enemies and I really enjoyed the feeling of being challenged. I practiced for hours on practice mode when it eventually released and finally mastered him solo. My game development is heavily inspired by Vindictus and other games like Honkai and PGR that I’ve run into down the road.
At some point there was an option to choose low or high difficulty level, why did they scraped this is beyond me. If they left it this way, they wouldn't have to worry if game is too hard for new players, and keeping the challenge for experienced ones at same time.
@@lootownica indeed your exactly right. Honestly if they left the easy, normal, and hero modes the game would be getting a lot more attention from many
"Earned" lol, Mabinogi Heroes (the OG name for Korea and other asian countries releases) was released back in 2010. It came out before Dark Souls, I think it's insulting to the devs for people to slap that label on the game.
Tbh, I found Glas way more terrifying in Mabinogi than I did Vindictus; it's probably because he's the first boss you fight in the game when you're still 'new' so it's a lot more intimidating Even still, this theme is hauntingly beautiful
Still one of the well-made bosses. Glas even gets a point amongst them, proving that one can still be intimidating without fancy world-breaking spells and epic FX but only with physical power and some pew-pews. We even don't have forced cutscenes in middle of the fight or gimmicks that must be taken care of.
Back when Fiona's roll distance sucked and he would grab and one-shot you if you blocked at his feet... Took quite a while before I manned up and solo'd Glas's ass for his pants.
if you got to fight this guy back when he was a real raid boss, you are truly blessed
