the Chef Knife is just great! got a Set at Hotel School 25 years ago and still use them every day. Not fancy like japanese knifes but a reliable workhorse that always delivers! best knife I ever had, and I had a lot. They are the difference between 'do I want to look good' and 'do I want to get the job done'
In my Victorinox collection, the one true standout is the 6-inch Fibrox Pro Chef's knife. It can do it all in the kitchen and It's only limited by the cutting length of the blade. This is truly a utility knife on steroids.
You can get the same knives as the ones in the video with rosewood handles, but they cost more. But at that point for that additional price you might as well go for an entry level japanese knife, which will perform even better and also have that wood aesthetic
Why didn't you market his as an advert? At least you could have compared them, pointing out the differences and compromises/ weaknesses. Hige missed opportunity. But.. ah yeah, i remember, it's an advert.
On the number two (2) spot, you showed three different knives, NOT the first knife pictured which would have been a five inch Chef knife, or utility knife. The 8 inch Pro Chef`s knife, the 5 inch utility knife, and the 3.5 paring knife, are the only three knives you would need in a kitchen on a daily bases. I have a huge knife collection(because I love kitchen knives), and I also have these three Victorinox knives which are the three that I use most often and leave my Japanese and German knives for special occasions.

Is it possible to purchase a Victorinox knife with a wooden full tang handle

What BS. You just replay their ad. Totally useless, this is in no way a review. It’s a con!
