Hi Friends!
This week we struggled a lot. So I've decided to give myself until I go up to 7.5mg (12/16/2022) on Mounjaro to put it in low gear and be more gentle with myself. I've been really pushing to keep my momentum up on the 5mg dose and it's wearing on me so we'll come back on the new dose better than ever just in time for the new year!
Remember, progress shouldn't come at the expense of burning yourself out.
I also noticed I lost an injection video somewhere so there isn't one for this week.

I'm still on the 5mg and I'm not losing anymore. But I'm stuck here for another month because of the shortage. I'm going to see about moving to the 10 if 7.5 is still on backorder.

Apologies, I use mints that have a vegetable gum adhesive to stimulate saliva production as I'm experiencing dry mouth at night. They're called Xylimelts, by OraCoat. 😊
