Thank you so much for this review man! I am so in love with this tv's design! From the moment i saw it, i wanted this tv but through reviews i learned that the model before this one (QN900A) wasn't that good. This time around though, with the 900B, apparently it's a different story. Which made me so happy! I am a gamer as well. I have a PS5/Series X. Same with the fact that i also have retro consoles like a PS3 & Retron 4. For movies & series i'm not too worried as most of them are already in 4K. I do wonder though, is it noticeable, at all? Or does it just look good...? I really really love this tv's design and i finally want to make my buying decision. My current 55" tv really needs to be upgraded. It's not even 4K. 65800B Its good fór Price?
I’ve said this to others, I just don’t think it’s worth getting 8K for a 65” TV you’re better off with a 4K OLED, the Samsung S95C if you can afford 🔥
Hope someday someone test it with 8k Gaming from a PC (f.e. with a nvidia 4090).
Ye, would be good to see… and some more native 8K movie content too 🍿
I have rhe 85inch QN900B and play my RTX 4090 on it...test 58 game from my steam library all at 8K 60fps....Its Absolutely Stunning playing at 8K...I am play the new Call of Duty campaign at 200% resolution so 16K and holding 60fps...it looks like real life I can't explain...this tv is amazing
@@freeagentlifestyles Great to hear from someone with the $$ and time to get this going, Niiiiiice! 🤜🏻🤛🏻
I’m not jealous at all 😅🥹

@@frostfire_mage sorry i meant to ask what movie it is ?
@@GhostRider-zs8hr Dune (2021) - www.imdb.com/title/tt1160419/
Nope tvs are rubbish for gaming monitors are truly better but nice video tho man but I’m in love with my benQ monitor it’s amazing n worth every penny I paid for it
Gaming monitors are better for gaming, but the QN900B can handle 4K 120 fps at roughly 9ms, more than enough for any couch gamer
@@frostfire_mage I may look into them in the future but sadly I can only fit a 32 inch curved screen in my room so that’s why I’ve always gone for monitors if I’m being honest but that tv does look pretty sweet but it would never fit so would have to be a 32 inch but don’t think there are many amazing 32 inch 4k tv out there they are all silly sizes like 85 inches
Price?
Hey Rehan, I was lucky to get it discounted a few months back for a little over $5,000 AUD. The cheapest I can find it right now is $5750 at Appliance Central in Australia 🇦🇺 not sure where you’re based though…

Just bought one $4500.00
Is that $4500 AUD or US dollars?
How are you liking it so far? Hope swell!
Awesome
how are you finding it? still happy with the performance? I am thinking of getting one…
Is the TV too bright though? As in would it give people a headache?
If you've got it at Max brightness during the day in a bright room it's perfect... Ofcourse if it's maxed out at night, it will be harsh on the eyes... you can use "Intelligent Mode" or "Eye comfort mode" for auto adjustment or open the settings to change manually, to your desired setting.
i can't see frame 😮
Please use a pop filter on your microphone
You can't do a voice over when all your plosives are so loud
Anytime you say "p", it sounds like you're spitting in my ear
Other than that, great video
😂 Appreciate the constructive feedback, I'll grab the pop filter from the cupboard for future vids.
@@frostfire_mage no probs, keep it up
3d?? See avatar 1 or avatar 2 in 3d?
Unfortunately, 3D hasn’t been supported on Flat panel TV’s since 2017 👍🏻
@@frostfire_mage I have watched enough 3D in high end movie theatres and in my opinion it isn't something I want unless there are significant upgrades to that format. I wonder how much longer it is even going to be viable for movie theatres. They charge more for 3D and in my opinion with the current technology it just isn't worth it.
@@richardwestmoreland4796 The original Avatar (2009) in 3D... really impressed me and Avatar - The Way of Water is available in 3D and 3D IMAX in certain cinema's around the globe. Personally, I like it for certain epics, so it's sad to see it die off in home cinema's 😪
🥰
Thanks Omar, appreciate the support 👍🏻
Why the Hell no Dolby Vision?
Extra license fees and additional costs that would significantly increase the price to consumers… apparently. At least it has support for HDR10+ Adaptive and Gaming 👍🏻
For more than 60 inches I use projector
If you have a bright room, projector screen pictures usually get washed out, but hey if it works for you 👍🏻
It doesn't matter how many pixels you pack if you don't have pixel level control. 8k LED doesn't make much sense to me.
I’ll assume you’re talking about OLED vs QLED… individual pixel control, with OLED has it’s benefits with contrast and black levels but QLED with backlights has the brightness, last longer and no risk of burn-in. The main point of this video is the advantage Samsungs new software has with their QLED’s… it handles 8K recorded formats and 4K upscaling with an image you need to see in person to appreciate.
@@frostfire_mage that's what I have heard as well. I have not seen this tv tho.
I'm not anti 8k like many TV fans seem to be. Especially for big TV's, which are always near and dear to my heart.
Once you go OLED these QLEDs just don't cut it
The high end LG OLED’s are good, no doubt… but for 75”+ and for use in bright rooms, I still think the QN900B is tough to beat…
@FrostFire Mage its a great TV not gonna lie. I got a C1 77" in a bright room and it's stunning. Especially when you watch a Dolby Vision TV Series or Movies, and next gen gaming too.
Buy it and see?
