    Recently, my college football strength coach has been making us do 5x10 squats and 5x10 deadlifts with 4x10 RDL’s as part of our workout (seated jumps are included). What are your thoughts on this? Personally I feel like my back is under a lot of stress.

      That seems a bit much for squat and deadlift, but at the end of the day you have to what you gotta do. There's a million ways to skin a cat and if you think you have the type or relationship to talk about then talk about it and find out why. With sports you just gotta roll with it and make sure you do the best recovery possible to make the training works. I hope that helps.
