- On a later afternoon we passed through Medford and happened to see route still untouched and decided to see what we could find. Of the 3 or so trucks we found, this awesome sounding Volvo Starr was one of them.

Wow I see that truck every day on the road and at the land fill it comes by my House every Friday,it truly is a amazing truck
Woah. Since I saw the teaser in one of the Oregon compilations, I couldn't wait to see this truck. Very happy to see it in my subscription box this morning. It seems like this is one of the best ASLs, especially for cul-de-sacs and T-Turns. The Volvo looks really nice, and the growls just blow me away. Can't wait to see what else is in store.

Hell yeh listen to this beast take charge!!! Get inside and lock all access when you hear this coming through, bloody lights up the neighbourhood in terms of noise levels when that engine gets going. What a mean growling take-off, then it goes to that slightly higher pitched roar at faster engine RPM..... must sound like something else in person if it sounds this epic on video :O Even at idle this thing sounds like a weapon, just listen to 3:28 - kind of exhaust output I can't get enough of. Love all the roadside shots in general, but seeing it spin around at the end of the streets is even better, especially as he can't make it in one turn so there were a for more short take-offs for the ears. A big ASL like this you'd expect would have a minimum of two rear axles for the trailer, a single axle cuts it down to size too much for what it is. Gotta admit I was too busy listening to that engine going to pay much attention to the action cart dumping action hehe
Ha! My grandpa lives in Medford. If I saw his house I was gonna lose my shit lol. Love the sound of that Volvo, and it's super fast too! Love the STARR setup

Nice video! I have thoroughly enjoyed all the trucks I have seen from your guys' trip so far. Oregon sure has some groovy stuff. This unit sounded awesome, and from the looks of how little trash is generated out there it seems that one of these STARRs could spent a whole day out on an enormous route and not pack out or dump even once. I myself will be going up to the NW this summer to visit relatives: Eugene, Portland, and Seattle specifically, so I hope you don't mind me emailing you later on about good places to visit. Is this Rogue's only Volvo and do they have anything else besides STARRs?
