I got my new part for the CR-200B. At 1:12 the video skips. The screws that come with the part is too short. They do not reach! Original in old part is also too short. What now?

Hello, I'm having a problem. A device with the feature of restarting when the electricity goes out, my tray goes down and when we start it from the same place again, the tray stays down, the device works in vain, how can we solve this?
Help guys! I have a cr200b and bought a spider hotend for it ... But my new hot end is fatter so the filament hole doesn't line up ! Anyone know how I could fix this?
This replacement hotend is a disaster. Just inside the top of the radiator is a metal ring to stop the filament feeding tube going down to the heating tip. It creates a cavity between the top of the radiator and the tip, but the cavity is wide inside. After printing for about 2 mins the filament stops flowing and the inside of the radiator fills up with melted filament. Did the engineers forget that the filament can retract to prevent stringing? It pulls the melting filament tip into the cavity, almost instantly cooling it down due to the effect of the radiator, and create a blob preventing the filament from feeding back down.

Same happened to me. I ordered M3 x 25mm screws. Hopefully that will resolve the issue.

Got some M3x25mm bolts and they work perfectly to attach this hotend. The M3x20mm that come with the part is incorrect.
