  • The plaintiff owns a mobile detailing company, and the defendant hired him to clean a boat and two cars. However, the plaintiff claims the defendant put a stop payment on his paycheck, so the plaintiff is suing for the wages he is owed. The defendant says the plaintiff did a horrible job and that’s why he canceled the check.

I like her new show except for two things. The whole new set and graphics are all browns and tans and hardly any other colors. It looks blah. Its filmed in LA, but I miss the craziness of the New York City litigants. On her new shopw. everyone seems calm compared to this guy.

I understand how frustrating it can be as a judge when someone is moving around it may also cause intimidation for the defendant which judges do not allow. HOWEVER, the judge should be able to perceive when a person clearly may have a disability and is UNABLE to control his movements. He is obviously very respectful so he wasn’t doing it in purpose she could have been a bit more kind but I’m so glad he didn’t let it bother him and she made the RIGHT DECISION I’m so glad he won and I wish I could get my car serviced by his company!
