Kenyans can say all they want, but this expressway is no doubt a timely game changer besides its imposing supreme architecture. Kenyans can now spend least time on that corridor. Time is the currency of life. Kudos Uhuru Kenyatta for the great infrastructure legacy.
And the Nairobi Expressway is the new talk in town and most people say that they save on time and fuel. The history, interactions with government officials, your style of presenting this wonderful masterpiece and the mastery of the engineering behind it are top-notch. Pass greetings to Uncle Freddie, rhumba flows through his blood. Amazing indeed and a wonderful video.
Uhuru played his good part with less talks more actions, let's see what differences and footprints the hustlers will leave. History has place for everyone, good or bad.
Watching from New Mexico state in America and I surely watch this again and again, I am proud kenyan and a happy subscriber of this channel. Keep going mzee sikolia👏👊👍
Given the economic impact of this road and ease movement along the busy Waiyaki/Mombasa road, President Uhuru Kenyatta did an excellent job.....We need people to speak about similar projects that are transforming life in Kenya and Africa
You should also do a review of the road below. Several mistakes are visible with pillars shrinking the road. The Westlands stretch is also a mess with u turns poorly placed
i have come to the conviction of the expressway having been a project for the jkia to gigiri in 15 minutes kinda cohort of the populace; good for attracting investors but miles away from addressing local issues at the level of most ordinary kenyans...and quite expensive a project as you may get against her comparisons like in Uganda
do you know what you are saying about Uganda!!! check out the cost of Kampala-Entebbe Expressway which is 4 lane ground level dual carriageway without access control, service lanes nor footbridges...just like Kenol-Marua Dual carriageway ..and why do you think this privately funded project like this can be expensive..its like saying GTC Nairobi is expensive..bro this are private investments and their investor had done their calculations.

It's not a loan bro. No one is obligated to pay. CRBC is operating the road to recover the investment. Right now over 60k vehicles are using the road. And many people are applying for the ETC... That road was a massive investment by the Chinese company and from the look of things it might even recover it's money earlier than anticipated

This is great, but how is the biggest airport in East and Central African not also connected by rail?
I know. It should be connected with all other means of transport including high capacity buses.
Excellent reporting
