The accuracy needed to dig blind under the earth from 2 different directions and meeting in the middle with a requirement that both tunnels must not be off by just a few millimeters is incredible.

Indeed, always thought the Afsluitdijk was a feat, but at least they had surface level observation and a larger margin for error.
Tunnels are even more impressive, besides GPS assist, there's also the height margins to consider. Don't want to drill through the sea floor and accidentally cause a flood.

After the phone company building was turned 90° in 1930, in 1987 in Romania a 7600 tons apartment building with all the people still inside was moved 55 meters (180ft) away to make space for a boulevard.
Using a similar system of rails and hydraulics. Amazing!

I’ve installed over 17 miles of fiber optic cables and maintained them as other contractors yank them out accidentally or cut them during the installation of THEIR project. You have to go to a four month course to learn to repair the fibers individually so that there is >0.004% data transmission loss. Each repair takes forty minutes and requires perfect precision and steady hands. Then when you’re done if the data lost is too great…back you go (and you don’t get paid for the second repair)

There is also a solar power station in California near Death Valley. Driving past it during certain times can be blinding.

13:25 You got the distance to the sun wrong.
I think you used the number for km as miles and then converted that to km.

It is really amazing the digging of that tunnel under the sea. How did they really get it right. Both countries 200 kms apart, under the sea and both digging.

You should do a video on what some of the most famous video games looked like when they begun and what they look like now for example, Minecraft, Halo, roblox etc. I feel like it would be a nice and possibly funny video that would also gain some audience considering 75% of the people who sit online are gamers. (rough estimation fr)

WOW On The Tunnel! Other Vids On Tunnels across the USA But Still Amazing Overall!!! Equally WOW Is the Moving Building That Huge! The Solar Tower looks like the One In the movie "Sahara". The bridge making is Mezmerizing as well!

This channel fast became my favorite subscribed channel despite having subscribed to Infographics years longer. While I still like them a lot Be Amazed has everything they have, upload almost as often but cover a wider variety of topics. Lately it seems Infographics has been stuck on wars and military comparisons, while interesting it gets redundant quickly.

Not sure if its music or something else but there's a constant "chirping" sound in the background through the whole video. I tried pausing several times to see if was something in the room around me. Its definitely in the video. Good content but that sound was really distracting. Thumbs up anyway !
