The vizards are heavily underrated in this ranking. The gap between some characters are very overrated. The vizards captains didn't even use hollow masks with their bankai and lost due to lack of information and pride. Someone like rukia wouldn't have won if the Fear's ability was not known to her.
I'd put byakuya above toshiro as in cfyow it was stated byakuya would be the next head captain after shunsui, and as toshiro has shown many times he's mature enough to be in a position of power I think it comes down to byakuya being stronger than toshiro
No Nobel stuff remember but I agree byakuya is stronger in my opinion but it somewhat close this time unlike the rest of the entire series where byakuya basically no diff’s him

And he never cut a pocket dimension, he hit gremmy before it fully closed and came out.
