When he is doing his dangai training, Ichigo goes into his inner world while wielding his bankai, and he has to fight White. But he and OMZ end up merging, showing they aren't separate powers, but one complete power. At that point, the mask is redundant, he wouldn't get any boosts from it as he's already accessing the hollow powers he already has. As for all the fullbring stuff, by the time Ichigo gets his shinigami power back, the fullbring does essentially nothing but amplify his strength. His fullbring was just wearing his power as clothes, similar to how Ichigo's bankai clothing is him wearing his power. It's not his fullbring that makes it so Ichigo doesn't need to use his mask, it was his training in the dangai.

But Yhwach/OMZ made the story interesting by constantly nerfing Ichigo.

Ichigo is the best shonen MC because he is so humane. Others like Naruto never falter and never waver, but Ichigo has doubts and fear and depression. He is afraid of the power inside him. The best example is after his fight with Ulquiora. He died and then the inner hollow took control, which is something he threatend to do. Ichigo is traumatized by these events and when he uses his mask for the last time, he is so scared of its change and what it did to him, that he cant even control the power. He slapped Ulquiora hard, but it wasnt him. It was something in him that can apparently take control and hurt his friends. He is so scared of this, because his main motivation is protecting those around him. This makes him truly human. Other shonen MCs never change their mind and nothing gets in their way. It gets boring quickly...

Wasn't Yhwach with Almighty+ Soul King that didn't allow Ichigo true Bankai to touch him because he was afraid. Instead he manipulated it in another timeline to break it.

Nah not Dangai form. Aizen explained why he couldn't feel Ichigo's spiritual pressure. It was because Ichigo was using a technique that was converting all of his reiatsu into physical strength. This is also the reason why Dangai Ichigo didn't use a Getsuga Tensho. Aizen was able to significantly damage Ichigo's left arm crippling it so that's how we know they were relative in power. However, Mugetsu Ichigo was truly transcendent over Monster Aizen.
Here's a couple of general wrong settings included. Ichigo vs zaraki - zaraki and ichigo would be around bankai byakuya level. Ichigo while fighting zaraki gets far more access to his powers than he does against byakuya because against byakuya, ichigo's hollow side is still being supressed by OMZ (despite the bankai), meanwhile against zaraki OMZ willing unblocked a bit of the restraint (which can be seen with the hollow reiatsu and Quincy powers both being active at the same time). Res. Yammy was stronger than ichigo as ichigo was only able to nick yammy's neck, while also not even being able to avoid any of yammy's bala. TS ichigo is in supressed state in most fights (fight against femritters and askin). Meanwhile, TS ichigo when facing SK yhwach is stated to on the same spectrum of reiatsu. Also, the gap between yhwach and ichigo isn't that big, it's big because of almighty's hax, but in terms of reiatsu the gap was relatively smaller than what's picturised.
@@Leo-db4sl yep. Even though ichigo was in bankai when fighting byakuya, ichigo's access to zangetsu was heavily restricted by OMZ. The hollow mask that even appeared was a small break in the restriction and ichigo was getting a big advantage the moment the mask showed up.
To be fair, against Res. Yamy Ichigo only has less than a half of his max reitsu, so while your point stands, and the condition of the fight would make things as you said, if we consider he put Ichigo fully recovered it somewhat makes sense, personally I'm more bothered by how downplayed Ulquiora is. If you look at the numbers, new hollow mask Ichigo is somehow way above 1rst Res Ulquiora and near 2nd Res in terms of power, when he previously couldn't do anything against even 1rst Res. Not to mention Gin being twice as strong as Ulquiora and stronger than Vasto Lorde Ichigo. I'll add that having Butterfly having only 5 times Gin's strength is a major downplay. I know these value are chosen at random and doesn't hold any meaning, but would it really be that much of a bother for the video to have some internal consistancy ?
@@xegin1572 yeah, you are correct on the Gin scaling value part. I didn't really check how he fares against the numbers of other characters. But yes, gin shouldn't be that high. The only reason Gin even got a hit on aizen was because aizen had suppressed himself to the level ichigo's human friends could sense aizen's presence (meanwhile, when he was fighting urahara, yoruichi and isshin they couldn't feel aizen's reiatsu) and aizen was giving gin a last chance to act since aizen already knew about gin plotting against him. As for the ichigo part, that's a bit nitty-gritty actually. Because, the reason ichigo is placed above Res 1. Ulquiorra and below res. 2 ulquiorra is because of the "zenkai" boost. We learn of it as early as in the SS arc where ichigo is being healed. As long as the soul hasn't reached the konpaku limit, each time the damaged soul heals up, the soul grows stronger upto the proportion of damage the soul had taken. Ichigo, after, his VL transformation healed up due to White's super regeneration. And the growth he had was upto the damage his soul had accumulated since he started to fight ulquiorra. We get a small confirmation of this when ulquiorra (who was still in his Segunda etapa form) asks ichigo (with half shihakusho and no mask) to kill him. ulquiorra knows he's injured badly, but he didn't knew how bad it was until he sees himself turning to reishi dust. So, when he asks ichigo to kill him, he actually acknowledged that this ichigo is relatively strong enough to bypass ulquiorra's hierro and the unconsciously released reiatsu defence. This is very crucial to understand because previously ichigo wasn't even able to harm res 1 ulquiorra, but injured res 2 ulquiorra believes ichigo (in half shihakusho and no mask) ichigo can actually cut him and kill him. These are very small details thrown in there, hence why not many people pick up why yammy was confirmed the strongest in both databooks and the kluboutside Q/A conforming yammy was fully deserving of his rank as 0.
Also Ichigo in ss arc should be stronger than the beginning of heuco mundo because his power got interrupted by White that why he lose most of his fight when he should have won if his strength is the same since ss arc

1-st - vs Ulqiorra, 2-nd - vs Kenpachi, 3-rd - vs Grimmjow - that is in the aspect of entertainment and choreogrephy (totally subjective). Those 3 were one of the most intetersitng personages in the manga (for me, that is). But if we are talking who do I thing is the most badass character in all of Ichigo universe - without A SHRED OF DOUBT - that is the Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto. That fucker was awesome till hil litteral last breath (the fight against Aizen). 😂😂🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣😂😂 Interestingly, now that I think about it, he is kind of similar to Isaac Netero in Hunter X Hunter.

One correction here: Ichigo doesn't have a Shikai in Soul Society arc, neither does Kenpachi, those swords are both sealed (and worse for Ichigo: Even in bankai it's not awakened).
"Doesn't have a shikai" ? He does have a shikai since he knew the name of Zangetsu, and his base form never appeared again. Even Yoruichi stated that just before talking about bankai. "Ichigo, do you realize that you have a model of zanpakutô always unleashed ?"
@@Arthur-io4ey And to follow-up here a bit more: Yoruichi, and soul society itself, had the theory of it that was "confirmed" by Zaraki first and "reconfirmed" by Ichigo. But Zaraki doesn't know the name of his blade (and they were utterly wrong that blade was his shikai) and Ichigo wasn't naming the right spirit Zangetsu so they both don't have Shikai and Ichigo has Bankai by virtue of the very fucked up way in which his powers function but it's a very neutered bankai with none of its Hollow potential too. That's actually why Yhwach feared it enough to break it the way he did, because Ichigo's bankai is just busted on so many levels and I do hope the ending fight in Bleach is completely, and utterly, reworked from the manga one so we can see what that thing can do properly (here's to hoping his bankai transformation's also much more different, the horn of salvation looks nice and all but that's his shikai not his bankai. Ichigo never used true bankai since it was broken its just that he merged his blades as kubo said he can merge them anytime he wants or make it his old shikai. When his bankai was broken his powers were stolen so he had to fight with his own.
You could be right, but Kubo stated otherwise during an interview. When Tsukishima and Orihime combined their abilities to alter the past, they created a singularity, and alternative past where Ichigo's bankai was never broken and because it was never broken his powers were never stolen, therefore restoring his abilities to their full extent. ,A proof of that (beside Kubo's word) is that when Yhwach saw Ichigo return with his bankai restored, trying to destroy it again is the first thing he did, as if it was an absolute priority, which wouldn't be the case is Ichigo no longer had the powers that made it so fearsome. On a related note, he explained that the reason why there's the OG Zangetsu inside his true bankai is because that's its nature, basically, Ichigo doesn't actually have dual swords, an asaushi and by extention a zanpakuto is made from both the sword and a scabbard, in true shikai Ichigo actually has a sword and a scabbard, (the one that turns white being the scabbard). When he unleashes his true bankai, he's simply putting the sword back into the scabbard. Destroying the scabbard revealed the sword kept inside.

9:57 I would say Aizen's Monster Form was a pretty significantly higher amount behind dangai ichigo. Ichigo didn't neccesarily use mugetsu becaues he was on the verge of being surpassed, just that as long as aizen wanted to beat ichigo, the hogyoku would make that being closer to possible. Ichigo used mugetsu to end it so quickly that aizen wouldn't be able to regenerate to evolve to get any stronger

Well, I don't understand why you used a 3.6x multiplier in ichigo's fake bankai vs Byakuya when in the manga and anime it is said that bankai can multiply 5x to 10x the power of shikai. In my opinion, the Shinigami's fake bankais multiply the power of the shikai by 5x and the real bankais by 10x. and I don't understand why you put the power of ichigo's true shikai at 44,000,000 when in the manga itself yhwach says that ichigo's true shikai has the same power as mugetsu.

I feel like this was really accurate, except for aizen base at 750,000. Aizen was WAYYYYY more powerful, enough to take over hueco mundo EASILY, while later we see that Ichigo with hollow mask vs grimmjow is ALMOST enough to take Aizen base? definitely not and ulquiorra's second ressurreccion wouldn't take out aizen base, neither his second. I'd say aizen base would be at 4M, maybe but overall great video :D

Nice video, kudos for the work done. Everything was pretty good, until Yuha. You really went off the rails there. You basically made base Yuha almost twice as strong as Dangai ichigo and monster Aizen. At most you could place base Yuha a bit above base Aizen's power. Only people like SK infused Yuha are at the level of dangai Ichigo, Monster Aizen, and TYBW Aizen, with certain differences. Also, i think you went a bit to far with the power of Yuha's later forms. True, he was stronger than anyone, but you made Ichigo look way too weak compared to him, and since Ichigo managed to kill him twice, the power difference couldn't have been that huge, almost 6.5 times higher than true bankai Ichigo. Not even mentioning true bankai HOS ichigo as we never got to see that.

Nah not Dangai form. Aizen explained why he couldn't feel Ichigo's spiritual pressure. It was because Ichigo was using a technique that was converting all of his reiatsu into physical strength. This is also the reason why Dangai Ichigo didn't use a Getsuga Tensho. Aizen was able to significantly damage Ichigo's left arm crippling it so that's how we know they were relative in power. However, Mugetsu Ichigo was truly transcendent over Monster Aizen.

Here's a couple of general wrong settings included.
Ichigo vs zaraki - zaraki and ichigo would be around bankai byakuya level. Ichigo while fighting zaraki gets far more access to his powers than he does against byakuya because against byakuya, ichigo's hollow side is still being supressed by OMZ (despite the bankai), meanwhile against zaraki OMZ willing unblocked a bit of the restraint (which can be seen with the hollow reiatsu and Quincy powers both being active at the same time).
Res. Yammy was stronger than ichigo as ichigo was only able to nick yammy's neck, while also not even being able to avoid any of yammy's bala.
TS ichigo is in supressed state in most fights (fight against femritters and askin). Meanwhile, TS ichigo when facing SK yhwach is stated to on the same spectrum of reiatsu. Also, the gap between yhwach and ichigo isn't that big, it's big because of almighty's hax, but in terms of reiatsu the gap was relatively smaller than what's picturised.
And as a matter of fact, if his bankai would have been let loose, he would have won
@@Leo-db4sl yep. Even though ichigo was in bankai when fighting byakuya, ichigo's access to zangetsu was heavily restricted by OMZ. The hollow mask that even appeared was a small break in the restriction and ichigo was getting a big advantage the moment the mask showed up.
To be fair, against Res. Yamy Ichigo only has less than a half of his max reitsu, so while your point stands, and the condition of the fight would make things as you said, if we consider he put Ichigo fully recovered it somewhat makes sense, personally I'm more bothered by how downplayed Ulquiora is. If you look at the numbers, new hollow mask Ichigo is somehow way above 1rst Res Ulquiora and near 2nd Res in terms of power, when he previously couldn't do anything against even 1rst Res. Not to mention Gin being twice as strong as Ulquiora and stronger than Vasto Lorde Ichigo. I'll add that having Butterfly having only 5 times Gin's strength is a major downplay. I know these value are chosen at random and doesn't hold any meaning, but would it really be that much of a bother for the video to have some internal consistancy ?
@@xegin1572 yeah, you are correct on the Gin scaling value part. I didn't really check how he fares against the numbers of other characters. But yes, gin shouldn't be that high. The only reason Gin even got a hit on aizen was because aizen had suppressed himself to the level ichigo's human friends could sense aizen's presence (meanwhile, when he was fighting urahara, yoruichi and isshin they couldn't feel aizen's reiatsu) and aizen was giving gin a last chance to act since aizen already knew about gin plotting against him.
As for the ichigo part, that's a bit nitty-gritty actually. Because, the reason ichigo is placed above Res 1. Ulquiorra and below res. 2 ulquiorra is because of the "zenkai" boost. We learn of it as early as in the SS arc where ichigo is being healed. As long as the soul hasn't reached the konpaku limit, each time the damaged soul heals up, the soul grows stronger upto the proportion of damage the soul had taken. Ichigo, after, his VL transformation healed up due to White's super regeneration. And the growth he had was upto the damage his soul had accumulated since he started to fight ulquiorra. We get a small confirmation of this when ulquiorra (who was still in his Segunda etapa form) asks ichigo (with half shihakusho and no mask) to kill him. ulquiorra knows he's injured badly, but he didn't knew how bad it was until he sees himself turning to reishi dust. So, when he asks ichigo to kill him, he actually acknowledged that this ichigo is relatively strong enough to bypass ulquiorra's hierro and the unconsciously released reiatsu defence. This is very crucial to understand because previously ichigo wasn't even able to harm res 1 ulquiorra, but injured res 2 ulquiorra believes ichigo (in half shihakusho and no mask) ichigo can actually cut him and kill him. These are very small details thrown in there, hence why not many people pick up why yammy was confirmed the strongest in both databooks and the kluboutside Q/A conforming yammy was fully deserving of his rank as 0.
Also Ichigo in ss arc should be stronger than the beginning of heuco mundo because his power got interrupted by White that why he lose most of his fight when he should have won if his strength is the same since ss arc

1-st - vs Ulqiorra, 2-nd - vs Kenpachi, 3-rd - vs Grimmjow - that is in the aspect of entertainment and choreogrephy (totally subjective). Those 3 were one of the most intetersitng personages in the manga (for me, that is).
But if we are talking who do I thing is the most badass character in all of Ichigo universe - without A SHRED OF DOUBT - that is the Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto. That fucker was awesome till hil litteral last breath (the fight against Aizen). 😂😂🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣😂😂

One correction here: Ichigo doesn't have a Shikai in Soul Society arc, neither does Kenpachi, those swords are both sealed (and worse for Ichigo: Even in bankai it's not awakened).

And to follow-up here a bit more: Yoruichi, and soul society itself, had the theory of it that was "confirmed" by Zaraki first and "reconfirmed" by Ichigo. But Zaraki doesn't know the name of his blade (and they were utterly wrong that blade was his shikai) and Ichigo wasn't naming the right spirit Zangetsu so they both don't have Shikai and Ichigo has Bankai by virtue of the very fucked up way in which his powers function but it's a very neutered bankai with none of its Hollow potential too. That's actually why Yhwach feared it enough to break it the way he did, because Ichigo's bankai is just busted on so many levels and I do hope the ending fight in Bleach is completely, and utterly, reworked from the manga one so we can see what that thing can do properly (here's to hoping his bankai transformation's also much more different, the horn of salvation looks nice and all but that's his shikai not his bankai. Kinda wanna see that mask fully enclose his face with hollow-eyes and quincy blut vene visible).

Why you don't reply to comments from people who have :p. There's a lot different with the anime already, Shinji never went bankai for ex and the Zero division got domed post Auswhalen, and the last part will likely have the most rewrites.
Ichigo never used true bankai since it was broken its just that he merged his blades as kubo said he can merge them anytime he wants or make it his old shikai.
When his bankai was broken his powers were stolen so he had to fight with his own.
You could be right, but Kubo stated otherwise during an interview. When Tsukishima and Orihime combined their abilities to alter the past, they created a singularity, and alternative past where Ichigo's bankai was never broken and because it was never broken his powers were never stolen, therefore restoring his abilities to their full extent. ,A proof of that (beside Kubo's word) is that when Yhwach saw Ichigo return with his bankai restored, trying to destroy it again is the first thing he did, as if it was an absolute priority, which wouldn't be the case is Ichigo no longer had the powers that made it so fearsome.
On a related note, he explained that the reason why there's the OG Zangetsu inside his true bankai is because that's its nature, basically, Ichigo doesn't actually have dual swords, an asaushi and by extention a zanpakuto is made from both the sword and a scabbard, in true shikai Ichigo actually has a sword and a scabbard, (the one that turns white being the scabbard). When he unleashes his true bankai, he's simply putting the sword back into the scabbard. Destroying the scabbard revealed the sword kept inside.

9:57 I would say Aizen's Monster Form was a pretty significantly higher amount behind dangai ichigo. Ichigo didn't neccesarily use mugetsu becaues he was on the verge of being surpassed, just that as long as aizen wanted to beat ichigo, the hogyoku would make that being closer to possible. Ichigo used mugetsu to end it so quickly that aizen wouldn't be able to regenerate to evolve to get any stronger

Well, I don't understand why you used a 3.6x multiplier in ichigo's fake bankai vs Byakuya when in the manga and anime it is said that bankai can multiply 5x to 10x the power of shikai. In my opinion, the Shinigami's fake bankais multiply the power of the shikai by 5x and the real bankais by 10x. and I don't understand why you put the power of ichigo's true shikai at 44,000,000 when in the manga itself yhwach says that ichigo's true shikai has the same power as mugetsu.

Nice video, kudos for the work done. Everything was pretty good, until Yuha. You really went off the rails there. You basically made base Yuha almost twice as strong as Dangai ichigo and monster Aizen. At most you could place base Yuha a bit above base Aizen's power. Only people like SK infused Yuha are at the level of dangai Ichigo, Monster Aizen, and TYBW Aizen, with certain differences. Also, i think you went a bit to far with the power of Yuha's later forms. Dangai Ichigo was so much stronger than Aizen that he was considered in another plain of power because Aizen couldn’t sense him and you put them almost equal? He literally just slapped away Aizen’s attack in monster form and tanked with an arm
couldnt we argue that mugetsu could be like 3rd strongest because aizen never got stronger since the tybw arc and mugetsu destroyed him he only slightly got stronger
