Low-key episode 8 was full of payoff moments (Jace checking, Alan checking, Damon bowing, Criston checking, Rhea finding a dragon and Rey checking both Damon and Alicent 😅
The ulf hate is hilarious all things considered. Of course he has no manners or respect for royal protocol. He was raised in a brothel while also being told his whole life that he was the son of a prince that never paid a dime for him or even bothered to meet him. He has little to no education and he grew up being told that he was special yet would never matter. Not to mention someone needed to check Jaces privileged ass. Ulf represents all of us. Smallfolk with dreams of mattering getting what they always dream of only to find out that it doesn’t complete you.
