I love that Laura is just talking like herself, and Liam is totally doing Vax's voice at least 50% of the time.
Honestly I think it's both an actor and gamer thing. I'm both and when I play videogames I often talk to myself, but with the character's accent xD
I think she was trying here and there but excitement and figuring out mechanics was getting the best of her

Single player 1st person, online 3rd person.
Single player is for the immersion.
First person when I'm exploring and want to be immersed, third person when I'm in towns and want to see my character talk to other people.

My favorite games are Hero Forge and D&D Beyond. The storylines are weak, but they have the coolest character creators. :p

I love this simply because Liam voiced like half the random NPCs in the game xD when I first started playing, I felt like every other NPC I was like "oh, hey Liam."

I got back into New Vegas recently and Liam is like half the NCR army, it's great.

I got bored and started trying to figure out what class/race combo in ESO fits each character. Downside is no short races in ESO
Make it a group of three and add Sam to have Samlan join the group. Then pair Talisen and Matt for Dercy De Polo and Filmore
I’m a daily ESO player, and I swear Liam and Travis voice like 50% of this game alone. I stop and nerd out everytime.
Taliesin is everywhere too! And he gets to show off his talented Crow voice anytime there’s a talking crow, which is more common than it sounds.
I didn’t know taliesen voiced crows! Amazing.

The ending where Liam tells Laura to check her texts feels like two siblings who got together to hang out and got up to shenanigans, and then hours later were like "oh shit, our spouses!"
According to my research, the wood-elf voice G is in fact Liam's voice.

Running around un Guildwars 2 is quite often an exercise in "which Critical Role person am I talking to now then". So many Matts, Liams and Sams all over the place.
Stable guy in Wayrest. My daily upgrade is a little visit to Mr O’Brien :)

See?? And it WASN'T a bug... They just didn't do what they needed to do (find Naryu on the overhang....) before the door would open... Similar to the "Questgiver not being at the arrow" bug (which wasn't a bug, either...) A majority of the "bugs" at launch were user error....
I absolutely love that Liam can recognize other VAs by the battle cries
All the talk about who voices who, reminds of the quest in Fallout: New Vegas where a character voiced by Liam O'Brien asks you to go extort money from a character voiced by Liam O'Brien

I once played ESO with a friend and he made a templar and I made a necromancer so we had the healer, and the late-to-the-party healer
Necromancer is so fun. I cannot tell you how much i had to spend on bounties because i accidentally used my abilities in towns

I don't think I've heard Laura's voice in the game, definately heard Liam. But most of all I've heard Travis, Taliesin, and Troy Baker.

@@Eleglas As many hours as I have in the game I haven't done a lot with the Alliance portion, maybe here there more than other places.
Gideon Emery does a lot of the dunmers. Liam's like half of all bosmer and breton men.
The only bad thing about this is that it is so short! I just want hours upon hours of this! Hearing the twins again broke me.
The awesome part is that this is a year long campaign of content episodes! So we're going to get more. 🙏

I started playing last July, and still have yet to finish the last two chapters.
My DM for a side campaign, had all of us play as our ESO mains... it was absolute fun playing as my Human Nercomancer Tank... In the group we also had an Argonian Vampire Cleric (Don’t ask how, but it worked); a Khajiit Werewolf Assassin (yes, kitty turns into a puppy); a Storm Sorcerer (who was also always drunk); and an Orc Dragonknight (who was set up ability wise like a FF Dragoon)...
Hearing Vax's voice made my heartstrings cry...
"We don't have ant bounty on our heads"

I genuinely adore Laura and Liam's dynamic so much, it would be intriguing to see the amount of hours they would spend on say a Blade and Soul character creation or even Black Desert Online lol, loving the part one to this already !

I watched the first fifteen minutes of this in April 2021, then as soon as they were finished with the character creator I went and bought ESO. It is now January 2022, I am nearly CP 1000 and have played through all of the zone quests up to and including Blackwood, and I have returned to this video steeped in game knowledge and ready to giggle. So worth the time. My husband and I have had so much fun playing the game all of these months. Also greatly enhanced my enjoyment of this video :) Onto the rest of the CR Blackwood content!!! (Also it was cool to see the Morrowind tutorial quest. We got the Greymoor tutorial instead. You get to meet Eoki this early on?? Cool!!!)

I would watch the twins host a cooking show. It can be set in various kitchens, even open-air campfire kitchens or the slayer's cake, whitestone castle, greyskull keep; anywhere is possible, really.

I love when I stumble across a CR-voice-actor-voiced NPC in a video game. It happens a lot in ESO, and I've been playing a lot of Pillars of Eternity where I frequently pause after killing an enemy and am like 'oh huh, that's Liam, I recognised his groaning-in-pain voice from CR!'
also watching both of them discover the vampire booty shorts outfit was amazing

Helpful info if you keep playing this game. You can type "P" and it will open up the group option. you can add each other to a group so you can 1) gain more xp playing together. 2) see their health bar at all times and be able to join dungeons and other game modes together. It's SO nice to see someone play the game for the first time and experience it and learn it all. So excited to see it continue.
you know, the fact vex and vax's destiny is so sad in the main campaign makes this one kinda special
