Choctawhatchee River - backwater 3-7-24

Video is our return through river backwater after fishing a hidden lake . The river is in a slight rise condition which provided enough water to make our way through the swamp. A good river access in this area is at the hwy 90 bridge at Caryville.FL.
A little further upriver is Cerro Gordor and Baker Landings on the west side of the river.

Sorry for delay, just now saw your message. I don't remember the river level but it was probably around 6 or 7 ft. at Caryville. We had about 2-3 ft. in the woods before we got to the lake.
