Today, we’re trying Indian Food for the first time! #indianfood #butterchicken #naan #garlicnaan #food #foodreview #foodcritic #eating #eatingshow #foodie
This video exploded on Twitter. Over 200k likes on one post. Hopefully some of that virality makes its way here. I can tell that, unlike other food reviewers that overact, you really try to be yourself in these. Good review. As another white guy who's never tried Indian before, this video really makes me crave it.
Coming from another white guy, Indian food is truly the best. As another commenter said get the chicken biryani rice. Get some garlic naan bread for sure. And for the main dish get the butter chicken like this if they have it or chicken makhani which is basically the same. And/or the chicken tikka masala. All 🔥
Dude, your video of going viral on Twitter. It’s done 30m views already!! Your sweetness is resonating with many. Stuff like this is needed during these dark times. Keep it honest. Good luck with your channel 🎉❤
Pour the butterchicken on the rice and then get a a lil bit of rice and bchickn with the naan holding it Edit: a correction I want to make is that you should try naan and butter chicken or rice covered with butter chicken. Not the thing I said above

you are the best, man! love the sincerity in your reviews. you should try green thai curry soon if you enjoyed the butter chicken. its less rich but it'll blow you away
this made me so hungry. i had the flu not too long ago. i ordered indian to my house. Butter chicken, garlic naan, samosas. ate it all and i swear i was cured. its definitely one of my top 5 favorite food combinations.
Indian cuisine does use what we consider"sweet" spices like cinnamon in savory dishes.I actually have cooked Indian dishes from a book by a native. If you like Mexican food you will find alot of the same flavors.
Those are quite large portions of food. In most Indian restaurants, you end up paying $15-20 for half the size of what he got. Heck, that much butter chicken would easily cost 50$ at most places. Must definitely be in the United States where you could get that quantity of food.
A reminder, the us is the size of a continent. Whats popular in one part is not in anotherm in NYC or LA, major metro areas, indian is very common. Pembroke pines FL, a small town, has a lot of indian and carribbean people theres tuns of curry. But in middle of the country states (this guy says he's from kentucky) the chances of finding foreign food, good foreign food can be pretty slim
Very amusing review, but it is a little worrying to see someone eat such messy foods in a car. I love gulab jamun but I'd hate to try to get that sticky syrup off my upholstery if it were to drop or drip. I hope you ate the rest of it at a table.
It Infuriates me when Non Indians try Rotis, chapatis, Naans without any curry first. How do u even eat like that. 😶 PS: Gulab jamus was bad. It is never that Hard. It is a Soft Dessert. You should try Jamun somewhere else.

Indian food is top tier
Good ass food review! Very enthusiastic, honest, and descriptive! Couldn't ask for more.
Another one you might is paneer tikka masala. Paneer is just cubbed cheese but with a unique consistency to it.
This is one of my favorite videos. Going to eat there today bc of you.
This made me try indian food for the first time. thanks

hell yeah brother i was going to comment the same thing
No that's not how you're supposed to eat it. Its Just naan and butter chicken. Or rice and butter chicken. You don't mix naan and rice together.
@@devoid6512 sorry I didn't know but will correct myself
@@devoid6512correct

This is so wholesome
By the way, you should try Tikka Masala. It looks like butter chicken, but it's more tangy and savory
My tastebuds have been violated should be quoted in a museum somewhere
another sick video lukefoods you are awesome
I felt the same way when I discovered Indian food, shits so good 😭😍👏🏻
I close my eyes and pretend it’s Kevin from the office describing the food.
Bro just wait until you try the saag paneer! It's a butter/chopped spinache sauce with cheesey chunks!
Sounds like the guy Kevin from the tv show The Office.
Luke doesn't just throw out 9.9s. That must be truly greatness 🙌
Onion bhaji in every indain resturant ive been in the uk, is actual onion fried in a batter in to a ball. And its pronoucned bha-jih
im indian and that bowl bow of rice is supposed to mix with the curry and the roti love indian food

It’s so funny that this is from a strip mall Indian place outside DC and it still blows his mind
you are the best, man! love the sincerity in your reviews. you should try green thai curry soon if you enjoyed the butter chicken. its less rich but it'll blow you away
But that’s Thai food lol. You just said green Thai curry. Indian food makes their own curry also but it’s much different than Thai curry less sweet
@@sumwonkool wow thailand and india are two different places, i had no idea. you're the first person to figure this out
Wish i could try it
this made me so hungry. i had the flu not too long ago. i ordered indian to my house. Butter chicken, garlic naan, samosas. ate it all and i swear i was cured. its definitely one of my top 5 favorite food combinations.
You should eat the naan bread with the butter chicken gravy lol
Indian cuisine does use what we consider"sweet" spices like cinnamon in savory dishes.I actually have cooked Indian dishes from a book by a native. If you like Mexican food you will find alot of the same flavors.
I could eat like 10 Golub Jamon balls. I love them.
You have dip the garlic naan to the butter chicken and it is also pronounced gulab jamun
Chicken Tikka Masala is the go to
True! I guess it depends what Indian restaurant you go to. My local spot makes superior tikka masala , their butter chicken is just OK.
Halfway through I was so worried he’s not dipping the naan in butter chicken, I’m so glad!
Those are quite large portions of food. In most Indian restaurants, you end up paying $15-20 for half the size of what he got. Heck, that much butter chicken would easily cost 50$ at most places. Must definitely be in the United States where you could get that quantity of food.
My mans ordered the whole menu.
How on earth did he land that butter chicken and naan with no spillage?!? Amazing!
NEVER forgot me when you get Famous🥺
You should try the tandoori chicken breast.
The most cultured person from kentucky doing god's work
I'm here from Twitter.
This video is BLOWING up!
India oven rules my man! BG represent!
Get some biryani next time you'll definitely love it
Is he trying to sound like Kevin from The Office?
Naan is the best!
Indian food is really full of flavor, just ask for little spice. Without asking for a pinch of spice I have truly burned my face eating Indian food.
Paneer and naan are best
I wouldn’t be wearing a suit and tie unless if you are currently at work or something like that. But other than that great review brotha.
You remind me of Kevin from the office.
Dip your naan in the butter chicken. Use your naan as a utensil🤌
Bro are you on the lunch break?!
I love these vids but Indian food for lunch is a death wish! lol
“Wholly crap”!!! 😅😅
this video has 25 million views on twitter
Hero
I’m indian
Ofc they don't give u forks as butter chicken is meant to be eaten with Naan lol
Royal we
Is Indian food not very popular in America? It’s extremely popular here in the uk so I think that’s why I’m so shocked you’re only trying it now 😂
It is rather popular here
A reminder, the us is the size of a continent. Whats popular in one part is not in anotherm in NYC or LA, major metro areas, indian is very common. Only in cities
I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to eat the butter chicken with the naan as your “utensil”
I cant take anyone seriously when they give something a 9.9 lol
Very amusing review, but it is a little worrying to see someone eat such messy foods in a car. I love gulab jamun but I'd hate to try to get that sticky syrup off my upholstery if it were to drop or drip. I hope you ate the rest of it at a table.

Ok u started with “taste like onion rings” I was okay till you started comparing garlic naan to “garlic Parmesan “
Please eat the food the right way sir
ONION BHAJIA
Indian food ftw! Best cuisine in the world!
Also palak paneer.
Butter chicken is British, not indian.
Shut up. All Indian cuisines are Indian originated.
It Infuriates me when Non Indians try Rotis, chapatis, Naans without any curry first. How do u even eat like that. 😶
PS: Gulab jamus was bad. It is never that Hard. It is a Soft Dessert. You should try Jamun somewhere else.
The naan looks soggy. Its better if charred and crispy.
Not to be rude, but newsflash you’re supposed to eat the butter chicken with the non-the real Indian way
Onion flavour 😂😂😂
Man learns in real time he was born to a failed nation.
It’s not even a good Indian restaurant because WHAT do you mean there’s no onion in the bhaji and the gulab jamun didn’t look fresh at all
Bruh atleast eat it properly
Im Indian that food looks pathetic😢😢
This is cringe AF. Grease all down his shirt 😂
Sounds like you're just trying to be nice to a different cultures food lol
Does your mother know the kinds of things you do?
Go n eat boiled pork burger ...lol
This guy needs a new haircut and hit the gym
I love when people say Indian food is nasty man that some of the best food in the world
They don't give you utensils your supposed to eat it with the naan
