I see this is 8 months old. However, for Play 2 [2:03] under current 24-25 NFHS rules, if we a no call block/charge, then flopping warning/tech should be given? I also have a travel on the shooter.
You can still have a no call on this. Incidental contact that involves minor embellishment does not necessarily need to be a flopping call. Remember the rule states "overtly embellishing" so it still falls within the judgment of the official.

On #4, Im awarding ball to white if no call. Didn't see where white was last to touch before going out of bounds.
