    Ping is an awesome test rider with great feedback. I also like he’s not a fanboy of any one manufacturer. Keep it up ping 👍🏻

    Some bold claims by ping there, but.. I did say after seeing him ride the bike for first time in previous video he looked more comfortable on that bike than I've seen him in a long time.

    What do you consider a "really heavy guy," or what would you think justifies getting the 5.2 in both tubes? What is your size, if you don't mind me asking? You seem to rip really well on that bike! Thanks for the informative videos.

    I got one and have 6 hours on it and I’m only 165 pounds and can’t get the sag to stay set longer than 1 ride. Need a softer spring?

    It's perfect: except for the shitty clutch, it's heavy. KX450 makes 5 less horsepower than the 2019 CRF450 and ranks fifth out of the six 2019 450s in peak horsepower., the KX450 needs stiffer clutch springs. I never liked the judder-spring concept. We fixed this by switching to an ARC Power Lever, which offers ratios that release the clutch earlier. , the rear brake is touchy. It doesn’t have much in the way of modulation. There is no brake, and then there is too much brake. It is 10 pounds heavier than the KTM and Husky..r 7/8-inch handlebars. The battery has a micro-switch that turns the battery off if it gets hot-this is reportedly what happened to Eli Tomac’s KX450 at the Motocross des Nations. It will refuse to turn the engine over until it cools down. See more at: motocrossactionmag.com/mxa-race-test-the-real-test-of-the-2019-kawasaki-kx450/

      I bet it’s all hype. Kawi fans will say anything to make their bikes seem better 😂

    • @venton3
      @venton3 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mr Anderson they said the same thing about the 18 Honda having better suspension than the Yamaha. Same Showa fork.

    • @NateDogMXtv
      @NateDogMXtv 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      SSS forks are just marketing. They are the same shim stacked forks like anything else. The SSS is just a claim of how they react.

    • @venton3
      @venton3 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      NateDogMXtv yup. I have 2011 forks on my 2016 KX450F. They are the Kayaba AOSS and are identical internally to my 2013 YZ250. From what I understand Honda CRF450R has the same forks for a few years as well. Around 2009-10 maybe?
