I bought one of these new last year. It would smoke a lot especially if you let it idle cold for a min or 2 then it would smoke a lot after the first few revs. I ended up selling it before 10 hours and bought a Honda but I was just curious to see if anyone else had the same issue. I took it back to the dealer to have them check it over and they said it seemed fine to them. I told the guy that purchased the bike about it; he said they had bought one and it did the same thing. I put the twin air kit, pro circuit slip on, and it still had the same issue.
I love mine, my only complaint so far is the hydraulic clutch feels almost identical to a cable clutch. The bike handles really well and the motor is very linear making it very easy to ride.
Man Sh!t This is lighter and seems to have more going for it,probably cheaper than a Honda too, bad year to switch dude, looking from the outside anyway, if I was buying a 450 4t this would be the one, hydraulic clutch alone and a kit fork had me at hello
The 2018 KX450F is 5000 + tax and fee's, I feel like pulling the trigger on the older model 2018. I feel that the price would prob fall around 5500 to 5800 after taxes and fees. My question is, Would you pull the trigger on this kx450f? (it is a brand new one), Kawi is having a summer sale.
boom shakalaka If you want a more enjoyable riding experience I would go for the 19. Good suspension makes riding way more fun. I am all about good deals but would pay the difference in this situation or wait till it goes on sale when the 20's come out if there are any left.
I've always loved green bikes, raced them. Kawasaki is in this game.
Everyone crys about the muffler but yet it's the first thing everyone changes

That's gotta be a massive difference with the 1mm difference in the sag setting. Good call.

Pingster, can ride!...🇺🇸👍
That exaust is hideous

I’m seriously considering the KX450 as my next bike 👍 Curious about the long term engine reliability.
When adjusting compression clickers on top of the forks, do you want the same number of clicks on both left and right fork??
How do I update that enormous can, perhaps a new camouflage coupler?
I love everything about the new bike except, that big ass silencer looks like it belongs on a Peterbilt truck..
First upgrade anyways. Procircuit all day!!
I don't even know what couplers are.
Just pointing out the rear disk brake guard is hanging by 1 bolt in this vid.. For that I'm switching to a TM 450 I don't trust Kawi anymore
There's clearly two mounts
When is the 250 coming
wheres the honda dialed in! i want to compare these to :P
How do you change the cupplers on a 2017 kx250f
This vs the Honda? I’ve been on Kawasaki since 09’ was going to switch to Honda and they come out with this.

Didn’t you already post this
Yup, had a small glitch and had to redo--nothing in the actual video has changed just small blip in the credits/title.
Looks like a 15 kx 85 side panel 😂😂
There is going to be an Ugly KX250 4 stroke coming out this year it's a 2020 KX250 4t it's going to be Hideous
I kinda want one .. but I also kinda wanna try the alta MXR this year .. hmmm what to do what to do
spottedmarley electrics expensive as hell
eh .. well MXR is about the same price as the KTM450 FE .. which is also expensive
Has anyone tried cutting off 6-7 inches from the end of a stock silencer ?
I wanna see a build😍
How much bro???

Get the 19. Way better suspension.
Just bought it for 8,200. Worth every cent
dave Sears Where did you buy one for $8200?
haha he looks like a 5 year old stood behind an 80
Dickhead
It's the best fork but every time you changed the clickers is sucked and you had to undo it. Did I hear that right!?
How do you map the bike other than the couplers?
You cant
You can reprogram the couplers with that computer he was showing you. They are about $600.
why the reupload?
We had a typo in the title and had to re upload a new version just to change one letter---rest of the video is the same.
lol isn't that a shame, an entire re-upload for one word
BTW when will we be seeing the first impression video for the new yz250f?
lower in the rear cus u 4ft tall
Man do they know how to fuck up an exhaust on a factory bike lol Jesus wouldn’t love that
Guy needs to do some research he is confused on his couplers an colors .
He just didn’t explain them right. When he said black is soft he didn’t mean soft dirt. He meant less aggressive.
