Agreed
lol
Totally
This content is more relaxing
I like this much better than him yelling at me
Weirdly lol
Innit? 😊
you like ads? this is what it was
Great calm and genuine video!!
Much better IMHO
Biggest cheat. Notice barely any sweat compared to how hard the circuit was. He had fans on off camera which cools and gives you recovery to breathlessness. And the guy dedicates it to his supplements so more sheep fall for it lmao 🤦♂️
Leaner than last time
Not leaner than me though
@@Reppintimefitnesssub 5% body fat right here
Definitely smaller than last time. I'd stop riding the bike
He's almost 50, bro. Being downsized is gonna be good for his longevity.
He's too lean
I enjoyed getting highlights of the race.
Greg winning harder than last time
hArDeR ThAn lAsT TiMe rrrrrrrrrrrr
The bike race montage was incredibly inspiring. Please do more like that
bro 3600 cal is my bulking diet💀
Consider moving your lazy ass and doing cardio 🤡🫵
I just finished my cut at 3000-3200 kcal every day. Lowest weigh in was 153.5 lb @ 5'9 estimated 9-8% BF. I did that by taking 20-30K steps /day. Cardio is severely underrated!
I wish I had the time for 20 to 30k steps a day..I work 12 hours a day, my workout takes around 2 hours with 30 mins of cardio..by then it's dinner and bedtime lol
Take the stairs at work and walk to get your lunch
3600 is my cutting diet. And I'm not even that big.
Edit: with no cardio
this was a very good one, one of my favorite you've made
love this video, more of this please, would love to watch more of your bike racing, maybe do a live stream of a race, we would all be cheering you on mate.... Go Greg!!!!
Guys, put that French toast on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 10 min. Far easier and better result.
No
Brilliant! Thank you!
Makes sense
That's exactly how I used to make them, you can prep a whole bunch, freeze them and simply microwave when you need it
I also sometimes use the air fryer taste good that way too
Crazy how much of Greg's content has improved since Covid, which is when I found him & I couldn't ever figure out diet & training explained until i found Greg's channel❤️🔥
his content is always the same since covid till now which is informative and entertaining and all fitness stuff basically
Improved?
Did u see the one he put out before this?
😂😂🤡
Used to be good before that...now everything is based off everyone elses videos and ads about the stupid cookbook or supps
Aaah man, I missed these old school Greg videos. Keep em coming!
Going back to your basics Greg. Love this type of content, much more than drama.
To be more honest than last time it’s the first video of yours I’ve watched in a long time.
This is the content ive missed gregg. Feels nostalgic. Please make more vids like this❤
I remember an old video and you said you were the fiber king. I missed that. That said, I enjoy these informative videos 👍🏼
Greg, this is an amazing content Format, I'd like to see more something like this 👍💪
Facts this was great
I agree
Need more vids like this fr
This is the Greg we want 🔥🔥
Better content than last time, prefer these kinds of vids.
I’m currently studying nutrition I hope to become a dietitian and have my own business that works with the average nine to five worker to help busy people find time for their health and mental well being, I don’t agree with a lot that you say but that’s the main reason I started watching you! I love your honesty and transparency and you make me look at things in a different way! Keep up the good work and train harder then last time 😆
Appreciate the video format, more of this type of content please
Great video! Love seeing you win. A great alternative to fresh fruit for people on really tight budgets is frozen fruit. I've been getting 3 to 4 pound bags of fruit from Walmart and Costco and leaving them to thaw overnight. Afterwards they go in the fridge and will last almost a week. If the big bags are too much there are smaller bags that could last a day or two depending on how much you eat. This made a huge impact on my weight and budget.
This is the kind content we want Greg. Thanks for showing us a full day of eating.
"I look up on that sign and it said HARDER THAN LAST TIME"
That was and epic line Greg! Love the motivation!
Do more full day of eating videos!!
Very calming. Reminds me of the old days when I would participate in Coach Greg and Chill
Your videos are so much better when your not shouting. good job.
I love these casual videos
keep doing them Greg
Love this kind of content
bro that race win was crazy!!!
Good win, Coach Greg!
Great Video. Definitely gonna buy your book, these recipes are amazing.
Really liking the new style of content, hopefully the views stay high
We need more of this. I loved watching the zwift race
Love this format. Would love to see race day vlog series just like this. Awesome awesome awesome video.
This was a great watch Greg! More of this content please. "Harder than last time"
0:53 shots fired! 😂 Love you Greg
These type of videos is why i started watching you 👍👍
These are the videos that we want Coach
Holy freaking next level video upgrade 🤘 way to go coach Greg!
I really enjoy these videos about the bike racing and day of eating
I notice that the best protein sources are about 10 calories per gram of protein. I make sure I eat lots of fiber from legumes, vegetables, and fruits. Occasionally a handful of nuts and avocado (both higher calorie). I only use sugarfree syrups, powders, and sauces per the Greg Doucette (GD) cookbooks. Chicken, turkey, salmon, egg whites only. Vegan much of the time. At 75, there is no more "calorie room" for anything other than that. If I have to snack, I have the popcorn Greg recommends. My BMR is 1600. You have to get the GD books to make it feel like you have choices and variety. So get the GD books dammit. Oh, CICO bars are great when out on the road or at a track meet.
You got me making healthier alternatives, no sugar or low sugar foods. I'm currently at 197 lbs down from about 210lb. That's fat lost too. I've been gaining muscle. I almost have abs. I haven't had abs in over 20 years.
150+ minutes of cardio a week. I love cardio now! I hated it before. It is changing my life and my health for the better.
I eat good foods and I love my life.
More vids like this please
Love the race with the commentaries, more please🙏
Non-screechy Greg is best Greg. Love these full day of eating videos, talking about nutrition, lifting, etc. Rather than a bunch of random youtubers who I don't even know who they are lol. More like this Doc.
That hoody looks niceee ngl 👌🏾
These are the vids I miss! Loved it, please do more
Greek yogurt with the vanilla extract always makes the fruit more enjoyable. I buy the Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt but Greg's recipe is similar
Coach i loved your interview while you were in England. Glad it randomly popped up for a rec.
Love these full day of eating vids
The no-caffeine right after wakin up myth has been disproven in a very recent study!
What myth?
What’s the study
Please explain
Explain
Dude, I'm blown away. What you did during the last stage of that bike race was so inspirational man. I really hope people can learn from watching you during that race. Guys, you can start at the very bottom of something, and drag your sorry butt all the way to the top. Is it going to be hard? Yes. Are you going to fail? Yes. But you won't fail forever, and it feels so damn good to be at the top.
hello coach ! congrats on winning!
I'd def watch more greg if the videos were like this
that race was lit 😂
more in real life vids such as bike races and also in the gym and diet videos like meal vids and low cal tips and etc, I don't hate the regural videos but this kind of videos I can't stop watching until it's finished, those other types of videos i could stop watching much easier
It is, in my opinion, the perceived daunting task of eating properly (what to eat and how to prepare it) that prevents most people from truly embracing a healthy diet. It is also sad that less healthy options are more affordable than the healthy choices. I love the cookbook!
Right as I'm getting on my bike for morning cardio and tweaked my own diet based on researching and watching these videos 😂 Perfect! Thanks for sharing!
👏🏾That was fucking amazing!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 You always talk how you do bike races, dope AF to see it! Bout to order somemore GO2 Max now!😂🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯
I know the focus is on volume eating, but there’s hardly any fat in those meals. I feel like the average person not on HRT would have their hormones crash especially if they were lean already
PICKING UP the Fork Harder Than Last Time!! 😂🙏🏽
You should livestream your races every once in a while. I’d watch
Greg went from his condo all the way to his mansion, but the blueberry French toast with Mrs Butterworth's remains unchanged
Greg looking like the Cart Titan on that bike😂
More bike racing and more cooking, by far one of the best video. Calm and no yelling love it, good job coach
Cardio harder than last time💪
love these kind of videos!
we need more
Loved the video greg was really happy to see you win your bike race and it was pretty motivational and inspiring as well didnt expect it.
I’ve enjoyed the new , calmer , gentle videos
Coach Greg going HARDER THAN LAST TIME
Trite.
I'm not a big fan of the "drama vids", but this is fantastic and helpful for anyone.
Well Greg I like video sry these ones never get the traction they should . But keep making them !
Calmer than last time
Great video style, do more of that!
Coach Greg Making Better videos than last time!
Goosebumps activated 13:27 LETS GO GREG!!!
The bike race was legit! Good one 💪🏼
These videos are way better💪
Greg please do more cardio and Bike / zwift content. Hybrid training is on the rise, and many of us who lift weights also play sports or bike.
I find this video very inspirational. I used to be a runner so I know how much mental strength you need to push through the pain. Great work winning that race!
This is the content that actually makes me follow Coach Greg. More please!
Love that type of video format, keep it more interesting then last time
I like 98% of coach Greg videos, this is no exception.
Love the Eddie call out
Loved that race, badass finnish
Watching that race was awesome
This non screaming Greg is 10x better to listen to. Keep up the good work !! 💪
Im 170lbs and bulk at 2500 -3000 calories and need to eat 1500 or less calories to cut 1lb a week.
That ending of the race was awesome!
It’s tough to maintain that low of a body fat percentage if your body fat isn’t normally at a low number. Mine usually sits at 11-12% right now I’m at 9.7 and I’m comfortable.
Train harder than last time and stay with it Greg💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
More cardio helps a great deal.
Maintaining 1500 calories or 3500 calories is a massive difference
Of course muscles is important for a balanced body
@@C0d0psYep. A higher-calorie maintenance makes it easier to maintain a certain BF% without starving as much.
Jesus what a race!!!!!!!!!! Nice finish bikes 🚲
We need more vids like this
2:09 Greg, you need to do some research before you make some foods seem harder to afford than they actually are to the tens of thousands of people who are watching. In some of my local stores in Laval the strawberries often go for 1CND a pound (.74 USD) , and the bananas .35-.70 CND (.26-.52 USD) a pound. I suggest looking up weekly flyers of local stores on the web. People are often talking about how expensive food is but they'd be surprised how cheap good quality food can be at some places at certain times if they actually try to look past one or two references. I unpeel and freeze hundreds of those bananas to make a huge amount of sorbet with em to last me months. Very simple to prepare and perfect thing to eat after being dehydrated, hot and empty on glycogen after running half a marathon.
That’s because the rest of Canada subs everything in your life. Come out west and see if you can find those prices.
Honestly I find this hard to believe having travelled to Toronto and Montreal and the usa
"If you like it raw and faded like Travis Scott"
Great video more like these. That bike race was intense nice win
Yeah, some more bike race videos. Livestream or whatever. That was entertaining to watch
Can we have a walkthrough of your Zwift setup? Would love something like that
No way we got a fitness video from coach Greg
One of your better videos in a long time Greg.
Great work keep it up and thank you
Great video Greg! It's amazing seeing The Jekyll and Hyde difference in the videos....
Always cool to see that you don't have to fear bread and other foods if you know how to process it correctly!
