This was very important. 16:20 EMI at many places are equal to 3× it's rent Buying properties with EMI is not a good investment, especially in gurugram. 22:38 this is an excellent strategy, which people fail to understand. Put money in the market when it's desperate. And take it out when it's booming. 26:30 this is the most profitable thing I've done. It it's consistent. Buy plot. Build over it. Sell it. Repeat. Also as I know people, I get materials cheap and labours don't hassle me.

It depends upon:- 1. The area of the house ,if the entire house is for rent 2. The structure of that house 3. No.of rooms 4. Better the quality of the installations - Depends on the kind of house ,if it's a modern house it will be costly enough , if it's a old house , like those houses which were built before 2000/1990s would be having less monthly rents And don't worry the time you start earning money you will get to know what to do when it comes to real state, stockmarket, etc, just remember the important stuffs of the video

It depends upon:-
1. The area of the house ,if the entire house is for rent
2. The structure of that house
3. No.of rooms
4. Better the quality of the installations
- Depends on the kind of house ,if it's a modern house it will be costly enough , if it's a old house , like those houses which were built before 2000/1990s would be having less monthly rents
And don't worry the time you start earning money you will get to know what to do when it comes to real state, stockmarket, etc, just remember the important stuffs of the video
