Hi Danielle. Lee Trevino once said that he focuses on his golf shot for only one minute. The rest of the time he's relaxed, enjoying his day, talking to spectators, etc. 70 shots - to minutes of focus. Have fun!
Runs in my family as well which makes it difficult. But if I went back I was only feeding the beast and I would of even more suffocated and restrictions. The strange part they were people that in normal circumstances I would be comfortable with. Don't beat yourself up. Your off to a great start this year.🤠👍
She’s the complete package and not in a sexual way. Just very chill and level headed. All that being said, she needs to do something like The Power of Now to settle her mind a bit. I was very similar to her w my mind being forever filled w worries about the future or ruminating abt the past but The Power of Now puts it all in perspective. Check it out.
i went for lessons, and my coach told me to hit the ball down the fairway and to then knock the ball onto the green. and i can honestly say that i have never looked back
