The dongle light is not on, the usb reciever is being identified. Though I have no pairing capabilities, and I don't know how to reinstall the firmware on the dongle.

actually not that hard you just need to use a little bit of force and move it like in the video with fingers inside of the ear pad. took me like a 5 mins max (was doing it for the first time)
