If not taken but debited means they will return but u have to launch online or offline complaint after 24 hours this will vary according to bank but complaint should be done as detailed in video. If amount not coming out next time don't try to withdraw same amount for example if one time 500 next time try 1000 so u can easily identify the transaction bro. .

Make sure U have to complaint in bank where u have ur SB account. If not received in a week (7 working days) U can complaint in Banks ombudsman. Pls see TH-cam many videos available. For me amount returned on 7th day. If they are not returning they have to pay extra amount for each day.
