    I always enjoy your science based podcasts for ultrarunners.
    I was curious what your thoughts would be on the LMNT situation (not being forthcoming on their ingredients; claiming "natural flavors" - maltodextrin on their nutrition label) and electrolytes for athletes.

    The intensity for ultra running is highly fat dependent. I would imagine protein and fat being more beneficial than carbs?

      None of the elite runners who are breaking course records are using this strategy…….
