The greenest office in Malaysia where it connects the existing lake all the way to the roof garden

Located in the heart of the Shah Alam administrative centre, the Selangor State Development Corporate Headquarters is sited at the edge of a manmade lake. The building is an array of office blocks varying in breadth between 10 to 15 meters altogether sheltered by an ascending green roof. The area displaced by the built-up of the building is thus reclaimed and returned to the public realm. It is a 6 storey with 5 floors office and found floor retail. The building with a total GFA of 270,000 sf. The PKNS HQ is the highest GBI points scored for an office building at Design Assessment stage.
