I don't have a youtube channel so what I'm about to say is coming from my personal experiences. I can only imagine how upset some of the comments from trolls would make you. I'm glad you addressed it in the beginning of your vid and told them not to watch if they're gonna be negative. Here comes the 'but'...lol...but while I know you enjoyed the performance, you continued to make references to the trolls throughout the reaction. Again, it's hard to get rid of thoughts after trolls have gotten under your skin. Because I know a lot about psychology I can say with a fair amount of certainty that if the trolls that upset you from the last reaction happened to watch this reaction, they would see that they 'got' you in a sense because you continued to mention the hurt butts. And that's the kinda stuff trolls like, they feed off of it. This is nothing negative towards you and your reaction, just an observation. Please continue to do the series and as hard as it is to ignore stupid ass comments from stupid ass people, don't let them get to you. Like you said, there's way more of us that love your reactions so focus on that 😀 can't wait to see your reaction to the rest of them...you do a great job! 👏

It just made me sad to see how hurt you were. I think some people didn't really mean to be offensive, but some of them certainly did. They don't deserve your attention. As I used to tell my kids, "Don't give them the satisfaction!" (And BTW, I'm old enough to be your mom!) Thanks for not letting them stop you.
I don't know a heck of a lot about music so for me, what I want in a reactor, and seldom find, is someone who knows what they are talking about and someone from whom I can learn something about music. You fit that bill very admirably and that is why I subscribed, which I almost never do, and why I always look forward to your next reaction. So just do what you do and don't worry about the nit-pickers or haters who probably know a lot less about music than you do.
"young" is right. Kirstie, Mitch and Scott were just 19 at the time; Avi and Kevin just a couple years older. AND while Kirstie, Mitch and Scott had known each other for years and had sung together, they only met Avi and Kevin the day before the competition! That they could blend together so quickly and so well is a true testament to them. One of the best things, to me, of watching these particular performances is seeing how much they grew, and are still growing. And I agree...some voices are simply better suited for some songs...that doesn't take anything away from anybody, and is in fact, what they do now. As a baritone, Scott often functions as lead simply because he has a wider range. And you're also right...each is an amazingly gifted artist in his/her own right, but together they create a whole other entity.
So true! In fact, when they auditioned and filming of The Sing-Off began, Mitch was still only 18. That was early June, and he didn't turn 19 until July 24.

I love watching real reactions like yours but rarely take the time to comment. I personally watch to see if you see something the same way I see it and if not then to enlighten me in the areas we differ. I detest "yes men" reactions to try to appease fandoms. I want honest ones such as yours have been. Never change how you are as you are a unique person whose opinion I respect. Those who don't like to hear it, hit the road.
There's a video where Mitch & Scott watch the first 6 performances, and critique themselves. One of the funniest things Mitch says, when watching this performance is "Girl - who put that hat on you!"

I love Pentatonix 😍! Also, people are tuning in to see YOUR reaction, not a scripted version to tickle the ears of fanatical fans. Everyone isn't going to feel the same about every singer for every song. People should be able to accept that everyone isn't going to like your fave, or in your case, you didn't like certain areas of the performance. It doesn't mean that you don't appreciate the talent overall. Please don't let anyone discourage you from doing reactions, you're a natural at this. This is only like my 4th or 5th video of yours.
I am a long time Pentaholic. I really love your reaction videos. It is wonderful to hear and see your understanding and appreciation of their talent and seeing their growth from seedlings to giant oaks. But, just being honest here, it does kinda ruin the fun by not letting go of mean comments. I know it sucks. You are right, not everyone is going to agree with you. And we know the truth that they were not the group we have now, back then. That is part of the fun - seeing them make mistakes or not having everything just right AND learning from it. You see how they take every single critique, listen to it, study it, incorporate it and become better from it. Mitch is especially a great lesson in learning how to become confident and gain self esteem. He has come such a long, long way. He still suffers from anxiety and says so in his social media. But like I said, I enjoy your reactions to them. It would make my enjoyment better if you could just ignore the idiots. Going back to them over and over again are like speed bumps on a smooth, fun road. They are just mean and not worth your time. But thanks again for your reactions.
Most opinions I see arent really offended. They just have followed the group so long they want you to know as much as they do about the group. That's absolutely impossible. If you haven't really dug deep into their history you can't know all the ins and outs. Just look at this with your fresh eyes and respond with the things you know. I personally want to hear your discussion but don't care a bit about the commentors who argue with you. Just overlook them.
I'm enjoying your reactions! It's always good to hear feedback from someone knowledgeable in the music world, and agree or disagree (and it's agree most of the time), your insights always give me something to think about that wouldn't have occurred to me. As you said, this is very early in their history as a group, and it's amazing to watch and hear them grow along the way. As good as they were in this song, turning the dial forward to hear the harmonies and arrangements they're doing now, the growth curve is just incredible. A lot of that growth came as Mitch and Kirstie grew in confidence and were more comfortable taking a lead role. You now have five people, all capable of being the lead, or pursuing a solo career, but willing to blend themselves into a true team, doing background when needed, and stepping up to the lead when it fits their voices best. That's why we love Pentatonix so much... that and the way they've maintained their relationship with their fans all the way from their early TH-cam "couch video" years to their current stardom.

I never understood music in my past. I just liked certain songs. PTX has taught me that there is more to music than a melody and words. I love reactors with musical backgrounds who can break down the technique. And I love hearing how you feel it could have been done differently. PTX didn't just break rules, the wrote new ones. And they are STILL growing. And like Ben said, sometimes it breaks your ass, but sometimes its worth it.
I love your reactions! You totally know what you're talkin about and that's one of the reasons I love your reactions! Another reason is I love we are really into something because you've got a great personality. I also like that when you pause to say something you wind back a ways so that it doesn't take away from the build-up to the next part. That's really smart of you to do it that way. This is one of my favorite performances and I replay it over and over listening to different people each time and just having to go back and do it again because there's so much that they did here. Number 6 is not as appreciated as I think it should be because they do a master mix I believe of Britney Spears. And whereas it might not have been as polished as this performance was, it shows the skill that they are going to master in the future when it comes to taking two songs and three songs and seamlessly blending them into one song. Their transitions are fabulous and they're very smart about how they do things. So that's why I like it! I deliberately try to avoid comments on TH-cam when it's a Pentatonix reaction because people can be downright rude and I get all upset. So I am really sorry that's happening in your comments but I promise it isn't you. It's just the TH-cam PTX fandom. We've got some really great people but we've also got some contentious personality types. I'm just really sorry that they are not seeing the difference between a person stating an opinion and a person insulting somebody. Thank you so much for coming back and reacting in spite of the negatives. I want to make sure that the positives outweigh it.

DramaSyde, I've gone back to review some of your other reactions to read the comments. What I note is that there are far more positive, supportive, and constructive comments than haters. Just ignore them unless their comments offer something you actually wish to improve. Give us your reactions raw and without apology. Otherwise, why bother? Keep those reactions coming.
This has to be one of my favorite performances form their Sing-off days! I am so glad you had headphones to experience the epicness that this is! I know their is a studio recording of this performance from them and it is Phenomenal, I would recommend you listen to it when you get the chance it is so clear you can hear every little detail, especially with earphones! I've been a Pentatonix fan since near the beginning. I didn't know about them until after the Sing Off. And I have agreed with every single one of your critiques. I don't understand how people can't realize that this is their earlier days, they're not gonna be as absolutely breathtaking as they are now. They've grown tremendously since the Sing Off days. Even when Scott and Mitch rewatched their old performances in this show, they were almost appauld lol the points you make throughout, like the one about Mitch fitting songs better? They obviously felt the same way as they grew, since they'd give him lead in later songs. People are ridiculous. Keep being you, man. Your critiques have been on point.
I love that you are honest! That's what keeps me watching. If every reaction is just gushing, it gets really boring and I don't get anything out of it as a viewer. I have given up on reviewers because of that exact thing - if every reaction is "that was so great, they are so talented" and then nothing more, it's no fun. I watch reactions where I can see that the reactor is actually engaging with the music and thinking about it.

There was some study done many years ago that showed that people who disagreed with something or disliked something were more than 10 times more likely to comment about it than those who enjoyed or agreed. It's one of the reasons why negative or angering news gets spread around so much more than positive news. So keep in mind when you see negative comments you're seeing a high percentage of those people, while you're not seeing the vast majority of people who enjoyed your content, the ratio of positivity to negativity is much larger than it may seem at times. I mean looking at the likes/dislikes on that previous Sing-Off video you'll see 155 to 3, and similar to comments, people who dislike something are more likely to actually hit dislike than people who liked something are to actually hit the like button, even with reminders to do so. The vast majority of the Pentaholics are some of the nicest people I've ever seen on the internet, there are always some bad eggs, I won't say to ignore people giving criticism, but filter out and ignore the bullshit ones, it's usually easy to tell whether criticism is meant well or is useful or whether it's someone throwing a tantrum, you don't need to concern yourself with the latter. Great reaction. That being said as I talked about criticism above, just a small thing about this video, despite saying you wanted to move on and just enjoy the music at the beginning, you brought up the other video multiple times throughout this reaction, they seem to have affected you quite strongly, I get why you mentioned it, but after the first few times it did feel like it subtracted from the reaction some, was still good regardless but just a personal note.
You are right, I didnt realize until I watched it back how many times I mentioned it after the initial statement. This cannot and will not happen again. My big boy pants are on with a belt to hold them up now.

I just jumped on board, if you get hurt by someone's ignorant comments, then you DO have a heart. I'm in my late sixties and I love watching your facial expressions. You have be a duck and let the negative comments roll off your back. Those are the people that like to read their own comments and know they will get a reaction.
that Kanye performance is still my favorite I think, i watched live with my mom and was trying to explain it the whole time, she had no idea about the song, it still gets me.
No need for apologies. Let them be butt hurt. I’ve watched Pentatonix since The Sing Off, live in concert and every video since. After they left the show and started doing videos for TH-cam and doing acapella shows they still had a lot of work to do. They weren’t always on pitch and Kevin didn’t always keep the pace. It didn’t take long but they were nowhere near where they are now.
I'm still enjoying your PTX reactions and comments. You've seen how they are getting better and better with each performance. And you've got a few more til you get to "Let's Get It On" ..... I recommend getting yourself prepared (liquor may be required). It is one of their all time best performances. It's definitely a fan favorite of their Sing-Off performances. And it was so wildly popular, they made it part of their first two tours.

There have been times where I thought they picked the wrong lead (in my humble opinion), I have agreed with you pretty much from the start. It only gets better, enjoy the ride : )
My favorite example is On My Way Home - Scott sings the stanza entirely in falsetto, and while his falsetto is pretty decent, it reall doesn't sound at all comfortable and smooth. Why not let Mitch or Kirstie sing it? I know Mitch does the belting part, but Kirstie could have hit those notes comfortably.

They've gotten much better at assigning vocals to the person who does the part best over the years and they spread the leads out much more. I've had the same thoughts as you in some of their earlier performances. I think watching these performances is fun to go back and watch just to see how far they've come.

Dude, I LOOOOOVE Scott and I’ve been a fan since like 2013 and I 100% agree with you that he used to over-use his runs...A LOT. And this was the performance that he really nailed the idea of a more contained controlled performance. Ever since he has really been meticulous about his control. There was a video he did with one of his friends, Mario José, called Lost On You that is really a perfect example of his genius. I really love your reactions. Please don’t let the grouches make you feel like your opinion are crap, because they’re not. Constructive criticism is how they got to be where they are today.

New subscriber. I'm glad I found this. I have Season 3 Sing-Off on Amazon Prime Video and I can't count the number of times I've watched it. Unfortunately, like most popular groups Pentatonix does have a few zealots out there who are unreasonable in their protection of this thing. I'd like to think most of us don't engage in this behavior. I like to share my favorite groups with other people so that more people can enjoy this music. To me that's what music is about. I join others in hoping those bad apples don't dissuade you from continuing this journey. A journey we've all walked at one point just not in front of a camera, lol.

I have agreed with all of your thoughts for all of these reactions. I hate how people attacked you. I felt that Mitch seemed nervous and unsure for the first few weeks this was where he came through. The youth and inexperience is fun to look at knowing where they are now. Even on Super Fruit Mitch and Scott flat out laugh at themselves. Nice calls on your reactions.

I watch your videos to hear your opinion so don't apologise, but that doesn't mean that I'm gonna agree every time. I'll just explain what makes me annoyed with some reactors though: when they praise someone in the group (usually Mitch) a lot but ignore Scott (even if he's the lead and really should be recognised) or when they whine about Scott being in the lead AGAIN or when they completely ignore what he does in the background (if you've listened to them enough you realise that when Scott doesn't have the lead he does some seriously amazing stuff in the background that noone ever seems to notice. Like high notes that people just assume is Mitch or Kirstin). Who has the lead is something the group decides together. I'm not saying that you do any of this though, it's just something that annoys me with some people. All of them should be recognised though, because like Shawn said; PTX is all 5 of them together.
Here's the thing about the critics flipping out about Scott (or Mitch)... they are likely coming at it from a "don't you dare beat down on my super ultra favourite ptx member". Especially the younger PTX fans crew are willing to look past even the early flaws or are so "in love" with their favourite member that any slight brings out the protective partner in them. Take the criticisms with that grain of salt, and you'll find that most Pentaholics agree with your thoughts, or are willing to calmly tell you history so that you can understand why the group made choices in a particular way. The internet is full of trolls looking to get you mad. Don't get mad, just continue being awesome. :)
For the most part this is a really nice fandom but there’s always those select few that don’t show the kind of behavior that PTX stands for. Just keep saying your opinions and if they don’t like it they don’t need to watch. It is a react channel after all. We watch to see and hear your reactions. Your enthusiasm for a group that I love is why I subscribed.

It just made me sad to see how hurt you were. I think some people didn't really mean to be offensive, but some of them certainly did. They don't deserve your attention. As I used to tell my kids, "Don't give them the satisfaction!" (And BTW, I'm old enough to be your mom!) Thanks for not letting them stop you.
I don't know a heck of a lot about music so for me, what I want in a reactor, and seldom find, is someone who knows what they are talking about and someone from whom I can learn something about music. You fit that bill very admirably and that is why I subscribed, which I almost never do, and why I always look forward to your next reaction. So just do what you do and don't worry about the nit-pickers or haters who probably know a lot less about music than you do.

Me, too. The first time I realized they weren't running with the pack.
"young" is right. Kirstie, Mitch and Scott were just 19 at the time; Avi and Kevin just a couple years older. AND while Kirstie, Mitch and Scott had known each other for years and had sung together, they only met Avi and Kevin the day before the competition! That they could blend together so quickly and so well is a true testament to them. One of the best things, to me, of watching these particular performances is seeing how much they grew, and are still growing. And I agree...some voices are simply better suited for some songs...that doesn't take anything away from anybody, and is in fact, what they do now. As a baritone, Scott often functions as lead simply because he has a wider range. And you're also right...each is an amazingly gifted artist in his/her own right, but together they create a whole other entity.
So true! In fact, when they auditioned and filming of The Sing-Off began, Mitch was still only 18. That was early June, and he didn't turn 19 until July 24.

I love watching real reactions like yours but rarely take the time to comment. I personally watch to see if you see something the same way I see it and if not then to enlighten me in the areas we differ. I detest "yes men" reactions to try to appease fandoms. I love Pentatonix 😍! Also, people are tuning in to see YOUR reaction, not a scripted version to tickle the ears of fanatical fans. Everyone isn't going to feel the same about every singer for every song. People should be able to accept that everyone isn't going to like your fave, or in your case, you didn't like certain areas of the performance. It doesn't mean that you don't appreciate the talent overall. Please don't let anyone discourage you from doing reactions, you're a natural at this. This is only like my 4th or 5th video of yours.
I am a long time Pentaholic. I really love your reaction videos. It is wonderful to hear and see your understanding and appreciation of their talent and seeing their growth from seedlings to giant oaks. But, just being honest here, it does kinda ruin the fun by not letting go of mean comments. I know it sucks. You are right, not everyone is going to agree with you. And we know the truth that they were not the group we have now, back then. That is part of the fun - seeing them make mistakes or not having everything just right AND learning from it. You see how they take every single critique, listen to it, study it, incorporate it and become better from it. Mitch is especially a great lesson in learning how to become confident and gain self esteem. He has come such a long, long way. He still suffers from anxiety and says so in his social media.
But like I said, I enjoy your reactions to them. It would make my enjoyment better if you could just ignore the idiots. Going back to them over and over again are like speed bumps on a smooth, fun road. They are just mean and not worth your time. But thanks again for your reactions.

Most opinions I see arent really offended. They just have followed the group so long they want you to know as much as they do about the group. That's absolutely impossible. If you haven't really dug deep into their history you can't know all the ins and outs.
Just look at this with your fresh eyes and respond with the things you know.
I personally want to hear your discussion but don't care a bit about the commentors who argue with you. Just overlook them.
I'm enjoying your reactions! It's always good to hear feedback from someone knowledgeable in the music world, and agree or disagree (and it's agree most of the time), your insights always give me something to think about that wouldn't have occurred to me. As you said, this is very early in their history as a group, and it's amazing to watch and hear them grow along the way. As good as they were in this song, turning the dial forward to hear the harmonies and arrangements they're doing now, the growth curve is just incredible. A lot of that growth came as Mitch and Kirstie grew in confidence and were more comfortable taking a lead role. You now have five people, all capable of being the lead, or pursuing a solo career, but willing to blend themselves into a true team, doing background when needed, and stepping up to the lead when it fits their voices best. That's why we love Pentatonix so much... that and the way they've maintained their relationship with their fans all the way from their early TH-cam "couch video" years to their current stardom.
You don't need to apologize. I enjoy your honesty and I don't think your opinions come off offensively. Maybe the people saying Mitch was shy didn't mean it as a criticism of your opinion. I think they were just pointing it out to share the information but maybe there were some other rude comments that I didn't see. Anyway, I hope you do continue these reactions, I'm enjoying them! :)

I never understood music in my past. I just liked certain songs. PTX has taught me that there is more to music than a melody and words. I love reactors with musical backgrounds who can break down the technique. And I love hearing how you feel it could have been done differently. PTX didn't just break rules, the wrote new ones. And they are STILL growing. And like Ben said, sometimes it breaks your ass, but sometimes its worth it.
I love your reactions! You totally know what you're talkin about and that's one of the reasons I love your reactions! Another reason is I love we are really into something because you've got a great personality. I also like that when you pause to say something you wind back a ways so that it doesn't take away from the build-up to the next part. That's really smart of you to do it that way. This is one of my favorite performances and I replay it over and over listening to different people each time and just having to go back and do it again because there's so much that they did here. Number 6 is not as appreciated as I think it should be because they do a master mix I believe of Britney Spears. And whereas it might not have been as polished as this performance was, it shows the skill that they are going to master in the future when it comes to taking two songs and three songs and seamlessly blending them into one song. Their transitions are fabulous and they're very smart about how they do things. So that's why I like it! I deliberately try to avoid comments on TH-cam when it's a Pentatonix reaction because people can be downright rude and I get all upset. So I am really sorry that's happening in your comments but I promise it isn't you. It's just the TH-cam PTX fandom. We've got some really great people but we've also got some contentious personality types. I'm just really sorry that they are not seeing the difference between a person stating an opinion and a person insulting somebody. Thank you so much for coming back and reacting in spite of the negatives. I want to make sure that the positives outweigh it.

I agree with your statement about Mitch taking the lead. But i understand those who want to present the background. I just wish they could present their helpful information in an amiable way instead of antagonistic. I love your reactions. DramaSyde, I've gone back to review some of your other reactions to read the comments. What I note is that there are far more positive, supportive, and constructive comments than haters. Just ignore them unless their comments offer something you actually wish to improve. Give us your reactions raw and without apology. Otherwise, why bother? Keep those reactions coming.
This has to be one of my favorite performances form their Sing-off days! I am so glad you had headphones to experience the epicness that this is! I know their is a studio recording of this performance from them and it is Phenomenal, I would recommend you listen to it when you get the chance it is so clear you can hear every little detail, especially with earphones! I've been a Pentatonix fan since near the beginning. I didn't know about them until after the Sing Off. And I have agreed with every single one of your critiques. I don't understand how people can't realize that this is their earlier days, they're not gonna be as absolutely breathtaking as they are now. They've grown tremendously since the Sing Off days. Even when Scott and Mitch rewatched their old performances in this show, they were almost appauld lol the points you make throughout, like the one about Mitch fitting songs better? They obviously felt the same way as they grew, since they'd give him lead in later songs. People are ridiculous. Keep being you, man. Your critiques have been on point.

I love that you are honest! That's what keeps me watching. If every reaction is just gushing, it gets really boring and I don't get anything out of it as a viewer. I have given up on reviewers because of that exact thing - if every reaction is "that was so great, they are so talented" and then nothing more, it's no fun. I watch reactions where I can see that the reactor is actually engaging with the music and thinking about it.

There was some study done many years ago that showed that people who disagreed with something or disliked something were more than 10 times more likely to comment about it than those who enjoyed or agreed. It's one of the reasons why negative or angering news gets spread around so much more than positive news. So keep in mind when you see negative comments you're seeing a high percentage of those people, while you're not seeing the vast majority of people who enjoyed your content, the ratio of positivity to negativity is much larger than it may seem at times. I mean looking at the likes/dislikes on that previous Sing-Off video you'll see 155 to 3, and similar to comments, people who dislike something are more likely to actually hit dislike than people who liked something are to actually hit the like button, even with reminders to do so. The vast majority of the Pentaholics are some of the nicest people I've ever seen on the internet, there are always some bad eggs, I won't say to ignore people giving criticism, but filter out and ignore the bullshit ones, it's usually easy to tell whether criticism is meant well or is useful or whether it's someone throwing a tantrum, you don't need to concern yourself with the latter. Great reaction. That being said as I talked about criticism above, just a small thing about this video, despite saying you wanted to move on and just enjoy the music at the beginning, you brought up the other video multiple times throughout this reaction, they seem to have affected you quite strongly, I get why you mentioned it, but after the first few times it did feel like it subtracted from the reaction some, was still good regardless but just a personal note.
You are right, I didnt realize until I watched it back how many times I mentioned it after the initial statement. This cannot and will not happen again. My big boy pants are on with a belt to hold them up now.

I just jumped on board, if you get hurt by someone's ignorant comments, then you DO have a heart. I'm in my late sixties and I love watching your facial expressions. You have be a duck and let the negative comments roll off your back. Those are the people that like to read their own comments and know they will get a reaction.
that Kanye performance is still my favorite I think, i watched live with my mom and was trying to explain it the whole time, she had no idea about the song, it still gets me.
No need for apologies. Let them be butt hurt. I’ve watched Pentatonix since The Sing Off, live in concert and every video since. After they left the show and started doing videos for TH-cam and doing acapella shows they still had a lot of work to do. They weren’t always on pitch and Kevin didn’t always keep the pace. It didn’t take long but they were nowhere near where they are now.
I'm still enjoying your PTX reactions and comments. You've seen how they are getting better and better with each performance. And you've got a few more til you get to "Let's Get It On" ..... I recommend getting yourself prepared (liquor may be required). It is one of their all time best performances. It's definitely a fan favorite of their Sing-Off performances. And it was so wildly popular, they made it part of their first two tours.

There have been times where I thought they picked the wrong lead (in my humble opinion), I have agreed with you pretty much from the start. It only gets better, enjoy the ride : )
My favorite example is On My Way Home - Scott sings the stanza entirely in falsetto, and while his falsetto is pretty decent, it reall doesn't sound at all comfortable and smooth. Why not let Mitch or Kirstie sing it? I know Mitch does the belting part, but Kirstie could have hit those notes comfortably.

avi literally looked like he was gonna kill someone, scott looked super annoyed, mitch looked normal, kevin looked like he was about to rage, and kirstie looked like she was like she was about to rage also, this performance is one of my favorites not just because they look like their about to kill someone but also because of how good their voices are, i love your reactions they are so funny :)

holydado honestly nothing sticks out in my mind of any criticism he has put forth. It’s always positive criticism and respectful. I like hearing a (new or old) fan be able to objectively assess a performance. So keep it up.
They've gotten much better at assigning vocals to the person who does the part best over the years and they spread the leads out much more. I've had the same thoughts as you in some of their earlier performances. I think watching these performances is fun to go back and watch just to see how far they've come.

Dude, I LOOOOOVE Scott and I’ve been a fan since like 2013 and I 100% agree with you that he used to over-use his runs...A LOT. And this was the performance that he really nailed the idea of a more contained controlled performance. Ever since he has really been meticulous about his control. There was a video he did with one of his friends, Mario José, called Lost On You that is really a perfect example of his genius. I really love your reactions. Please don’t let the grouches make you feel like your opinion are crap, because they’re not. Constructive criticism is how they got to be where they are today.

Unfortunately, like most popular groups Pentatonix does have a few zealots out there who are unreasonable in their protection of this thing. I'd like to think most of us don't engage in this behavior. I like to share my favorite groups with other people so that more people can enjoy this music. To me that's what music is about. I join others in hoping those bad apples don't dissuade you from continuing this journey. A journey we've all walked at one point just not in front of a camera, lol.

I have agreed with all of your thoughts for all of these reactions. I hate how people attacked you. I felt that Mitch seemed nervous and unsure for the first few weeks this was where he came through. The youth and inexperience is fun to look at knowing where they are now. Even on Super Fruit Mitch and Scott flat out laugh at themselves. Nice calls on your reactions.

I watch your videos to hear your opinion so don't apologise, but that doesn't mean that I'm gonna agree every time. I'll just explain what makes me annoyed with some reactors though: when they praise someone in the group (usually Mitch) a lot but ignore Scott (even if he's the lead and really should be recognised) or when they whine about Scott being in the lead AGAIN or when they completely ignore what he does in the background (if you've listened to them enough you realise that when Scott doesn't have the lead he does some seriously amazing stuff in the background that noone ever seems to notice. Like high notes that people just assume is Mitch or Kirstin). Who has the lead is something the group decides together. I'm not saying that you do any of this though, it's just something that annoys me with some people. All of them should be recognised though, because like Shawn said; PTX is all 5 of them together.
Here's the thing about the critics flipping out about Scott (or Mitch)... they are likely coming at it from a "don't you dare beat down on my super ultra favourite ptx member". Especially the younger PTX fans crew are willing to look past even the early flaws or are so "in love" with their favourite member that any slight brings out the protective partner in them. Take the criticisms with that grain of salt, and you'll find that most Pentaholics agree with your thoughts, or are willing to calmly tell you history so that you can understand why the group made choices in a particular way. The internet is full of trolls looking to get you mad. Don't get mad, just continue being awesome. :)
For the most part this is a really nice fandom but there’s always those select few that don’t show the kind of behavior that PTX stands for. Just keep saying your opinions and if they don’t like it they don’t need to watch. It is a react channel after all. We watch to see and hear your reactions. Your enthusiasm for a group that I love is why I subscribed.
