Every time I say ImmoScout I imagine myself scouting for emos 🥲 Please don’t mind my terrible accent and I hope you enjoy this video 😁 fresh news coming next week!! #staytuned & subscribe ✌🏼
I have been living in Berlin for 12 years and I really don't get the hype. I just don't.. it's dirty, crammed, people are rude and the rent has tripled in the past 10 years. I'm only staying for the job, but would much prefer a smaller town.
maybe the city has completed its cycle for you and you are ready to move on. I come from a place where the culture is very specific , people all from the same ethnicity mostly, and i am pretty much bored. That is why i find Berlin attractive. But other people want something more chill, quiet. It's normal :) Thankfully we can move and we are not trees :p
I’m moving from the U.S this summer and I found your videos and they have been really helpful. It makes me excited even though I am a little stressed on finding a flat. Even short term has been somewhat difficult!
Good Luck but I have to disagree. Berlin has changed and especially the flat situation makes it a nightmare. I can’t advice it currently and also everyone more coming here will make the situation worse 😢A lot of people got driven out because landlords realized they can rent out to Expats willing to pay every price
I received advice to spread my investments across various assets like stocks and bonds, a strategy that safeguards my retirement portfolio. I intend to invest $200,000 across different markets, but I'm uncertain about where to begin.
With the assistance of an investment advisor, I diversified my $400,000 portfolio across markets, resulting in a net profit of over $900,000 from high dividend-yielding equities, ETFs, and bonds.
Certainly, my consultant is Jenny Pamogas Canaya. She has provided me with entry and exit points for the securities I focus on. You can find her online if you need supervision.
I believe that anything up to 6 months is not considered “permanent stay” so you don’t have to but if you stay at a place for over 6 months then you should.
Gosh it does sound like a nightmare and me very far in my mind was thinking of moving to Berlin lol. Good luck Olivera, I hope you find your dream place ☺️
Your videos are very nice to watch, but honestly.. the sound quality is so bad. Please invest 100 euros and buy a decent Rode shotgun mic. You’ll instantly improve the audio quality!

I’m sure you’ll find something! Be persistent and don’t give up. Your place is out there 😌 good luck with the move! ✨
Hey me too in Oct 👍

Anyone has any leads on how to contact habyt? Facing serious issues and they are not reverting on any tickets.
10 years ago, Berlin was so cheap OMG
True, someone has made a lot of money in the last decade. good for them
That’s why I decided to buy an apartment in Berlin and financing per month costs me less than rent and I can do everything I want here :)
Very smart! I want to do the same but Christian says it’s not the best time to buy atm 🥲
Out of curiosity, when did you buy it? :)
Don't listen to chuds that say that it's not a good time to buy. We love in clown world and property is never coming down.
Wealthy people always have their shortcuts, but unfortunately, for most of us, buying apartment is not possible
Hahaha, never! Rent in Germany is dirt cheap compared to owning. No way in hell are you paying less than 35 years of installments

Scam alert
ahah light sculpture made me really laugh. I literally made same one myself and it's one of my fave things in the flat😁
Someone knows a website to look for a house outside Berlin, for example in the small towns of Brandenburg. Thank you
I would love to know this as well.
You always complaining, about the spot, lighting in the rooms, being to far away from a station no wonder yall need half a year for a flat
My kids have been through that nightmare 😢good luck ! You’re a fighter 💪🏼
Ahh thank you!! Glad they found something 😇
Hi Olivera, do you have to get an Anmeldung for every 6 month - 1 year flat?
I believe that anything up to 6 months is not considered “permanent stay” so you don’t have to but if you stay at a place for over 6 months then you should.
One of the reasons I left Berlin even though I was born there... Good luck!
Haha oh dear 🙈 where are you living now? 😊
@@OliveraDarko Vienna 😀 And I lived Australia for 8 years
Would you still recommend Homealike, Wunderflats, and Spotahome for short term?
Yes totally!
@@OliveraDarko Thank you! Might be heading that way soon, appreciate it
Gosh it does sound like a nightmare and me very far in my mind was thinking of moving to Berlin lol. Good luck Olivera, I hope you find your dream place ☺️
Yeah it’s not easy but I still wouldn’t leave Berlin 🤣 takes time but you do find your place!
you can also contact the government owned housing companies like WBM but it’s all crazy today
Thank u so much for all your tips! Very helpful
well did you in fact find it
Can’t believe the price for the 2nd one that’s a rip off other people in that building probably pay 500 max
I know right?! It’s madness 😮
I was recently in Berlin and i think charlottenburg is the best place
If it is difficult to find a long term appartment why you don't stay in a short term appartment (6m to 1 y) ?
cause who wants to move every couple of months?
@@Melissasoenmez154 it doesn't matter for me that's why I asked
That’s what I’m doing… but long term apartments are also cheaper than short term
@@GutterFlower-t2u ok ok I see, thank you for your contents they are helpful!!!
it's much more difficult to find an apt in Paris, that is a real challenge!
"the light sculpture was very questionable" - made me laugh
It’s is quite odd though 😂😂

cross fingers that you get it!
Thank you!! ❤️

How disrespectful speaking bad english in germany, please make an effort to integrate into the local culture
Lmao what? She speaks good English, most local Germans can’t even speak proper English
