I needed this man. I take Muay Thai but these boxing fundamentals are where I’ve been lacking, especially being tense. This helped a lot.

Exactly why im here! First day of muay thai sparring for me yesterday. Felt like i need to be more calm when pressured, and be able to punch like i do in practice. Good luck to you! 👌🏼

'When you get to the point where you're not exiting an able that's what you got to tell your self, Completly relax be able to see everything that is going on, The sense of anticipation of the shot that can't happen unless you relax, a man whose thinking and worried about not getting hit will not have a good sense of anticipation. He will, in fact, get hit and most important when you get hit people get excited when you get hit bang! you get excited you drop your hands when you get hit that's when you gotta be calmer, that's when you got to be calmer when you get hit. A professional fighter has gotta learn how to hit and not get hit and at the same time be exciting that's what professional boxing is about you gotta be cleaver gotta be smart and not get hit when you're able to do this you're a fighter''

Tommorow is my fight. I'm nervous. I just doing shadow boxing rounds with full power . I have power but i measured my level that i can throw punches with full intensity just fir half round than i get tired. So from this vedio I learned that do not punch unnecessarily. I have to use my power very carefully.

I heard some boxers can move while barely moving with their feet. Should I try that or be bouncy
