And "one pill makes you small" is talking about how Peter is also still the nerdy kid from Queens. He has to choose which pill he should take.

If that was really a trailer for no Way home I will loved it because it builds up the concept of the multiverse and it gives the idea of the movie. perfect. 8 out of 10.
