You could tell this isn't a boss level by the music. All (well almost all) boss levels in Wolfenstein3D/Spear of Destiny have a specific music. By the way going to lvl 16 with 25% health won't be fun.
Also, the elevator in 21:56 doesn't lead to a secret level. What happens is the switch is a fake elevator switch but is a pushwall that reveals a secret. I don't remember what's inside that secret though.
@@thetawnyfool The secret levels in SoD are rough. I managed to find the first one, but didn't find the second one. I think you enter the first one from floor 4 and the second one from floor like 13. But the first one was "fun" enough. On highest difficulty setting it has 145 enemies, 72 of them being zombie mutants. Fun for the whole family.
