I have the same trouble with mine. I have to keep opening different different parts of the app and if I am lucky it will connect.
Yeah, I sent mine back. And I didn't get refunded. I didn't get the money for resending it back. I got ripped off. From AliExpress.
If you paid them by PayPal you should of been able to get them to refund you.
@trickydicky6788 No, I got ripped off even had tracking, and everything lost everything. So now i'm very wary on what I buy from AliExpress

close the app then pair it then reload the app
