As someone who believes there was a historical Erik (the Phantom), I got major chills watching this. To think that there you all were, performing at the exact place where the story is set. I think he would appreciate you telling his story so beautifully in the place he once called home. You're awesome, Sierra.

Or they could have filmed it in the Opera House itself? Like everything was in French, In France (Paris) in the Opera Housr where everything supposed to have happened. This is so incredible to see the cast of "Phantom of the Opera' perform right into front of the actual Paris Opera itself. I can see a lot of work was going to be put into this. But one day, we definitely should see "Phantom of the Opera" be released at the VERY building where the story took place. Just imagine that..

@@pip1278 sorry just saw this now. And wow yeah that makes sense. I live in a country where no musicals happen at all so i can absolutely relate to not having theatres suitable for showing musicals! I get it. Cuz also someone said to me a theatre has to be booked months in advance for a show and i had no idea about that. Also i thought that it was just a celebration show like they did in the Royal Albert Hall. I didnt know it was gonna be a run for months
She might be French. Nationality and race are not the same thing. It’s the job of the performer to portray a role, be it acting or dance, through joy and conviction, and she brings her talent and hard work to the portrayal of a French opera dancer. She should be proud of who she is-this performance just made me so happy
